What ingredients are needed to craft a lvl75 2nd age rune and satchel?

The runestones are made by a Jeweller from the following ingredients (req Westfold ability and Master of the Guild standing):
1 Polished Green Garnet
3 High-quality Calenard Ingots
1 Cracked Rhi Helvarch Sigil
5 Legendary Fragments
1 Worn Symbol of Celebrimbor


The satchel is made by a Tailor (same req) from the following:
4 Pieces of Finished Leather
1 Cracked Rhi Helvarch Sigil
5 Legendary Fragments
1 Worn Symbol of Celebrimbor
