Title is self-explanatory, I think. One thing that could make the HoH capstone more valuable is if Valiant Strike was closer to the bread-and-butter background heal that Rallying Cry provides. We already have an armour set that reduces the cooldown (in addition to the -30s effect on the HoH capstone), so why not attack it from the other end simultaneously? Making Valiant Strike's HoT a longer-duration effect through an emblem legacy could go a long way toward moving Captain healing away from pure RC spam (which favours LtC builds) without necessarily devaluing hybrid builds in the process.
Frankly, I think more DPS/tanking legacies should be a higher priority than adding a new tanking legacy, but the suggestion came to me, so I figured I should share it.

On this one at least we agree Furtim. I've been asking for this for quite some time.
I think either the CD needs to be reduced on Valliant Strike or the duration increased. One or the other. A legacy for either would be very nice.
