Thema: Blood of Numenor Deed not updating stuck at 41/100

Hi All
Hoping for some help here.

I've submitted a ticket but because I'm a Premium player I don't think they answer them.
Here's the problem my Blood of Numenor deed is stuck on 41, it has been since I returned to the game and is the last deed I need to complete them all.

I've been doing 6 mans and must have ressed about 30 people during the runs but the number wont go up so I can't progress my deed.

I'm grouping with players of similar level so I know it's not the 9 level below issue and the bar isnt yellow either.
I'm using both my res skills escape from darkness and the skill that becomes active when they die but nothing happens.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong or is there something I can do to get the mods to listen to me.
I think it's pretty bad form when there is clearly a problem but they wont respond even though I'm a Premium player, I have paid good money previously and I'm thinking of purchasing ROI but I wont if they can't help me.

As a Premium player you have access to in-game tickets for 30 days after spending money (or at least after purchasing points, I would assume any money is good enough though ).

I haven't looked in a long time, but I don't think there's an option of creating a ticket in game if you're not VIP or within 30 days of spending money. Bug reports are available to all, and you never hear back from those, they're just added to the pile. You sure you didn't submit one of those?
