    Angry Rain and Anniversary Fireworks

First of all, lemme start of with praising and applauding Turbine's decision to not allow plaHayers do the quest about saprking interests in the fireworks while its raining. It makes complete sense, I cannot go around Bree firing fireworks under torrential rain. I dunno if this extends to the actual firework quest at night but I assume it does (and if not I encourage turbine not to allow peeps fireowrks if it happens to be rainign in Bree at night)

Having said this, it is absolutule annoying if I am busy in RL and i schedule 2 valuable hours of my timeto grind for anniversary tokens and IT KEEPS RAINING FOR 3 #@$# HOURS IN BREE AND THUS I CAN'T COMPLETE THE QUEST AND THUS I WASTED MY TIME WAITING AROUND FOR THE RAIN TO END.

I understand that it might not be completely Turbine's fault. I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) that rain events are random in Middle Earth. If so I agree, they shouldn't be scripted. However, Turbine shoudl seriously consider scripting and scheduleing rain inthe anniversary event because it really messes up with gameplay. It s@#!@ with the players valuable time. I am not asking for no rain during the anniversary, I am asking for Turbine that during anniversary, if it rainds to limit it for say 30 minutes. In non anniversary times, where rain doesnt mess with gameplay, they can flood Bree for all I care.

    Please,PLEASE PLEASE...

Waiting is a fundamental part of this game. Turbine designed it that way. If you don't like waiting, this game isn't for you.

You missed the OP's point, waiting three hours and still not being able to do a quest is nuts, some People cant spend hours at a time on the game.

It's very possible there is a technical reason for it. I'm just guessing, I don't know anything about programming.

Wow, I had no idea this even happens. I agree that weather affecting a quest for so long is very poor design.

Come to England on Fireworks night aka bonfire night aks Guy Fawks night and you will see how that rain does not in anyway effect fireworks.
