First of all, lemme start of with praising and applauding Turbine's decision to not allow plaHayers do the quest about saprking interests in the fireworks while its raining. It makes complete sense, I cannot go around Bree firing fireworks under torrential rain. I dunno if this extends to the actual firework quest at night but I assume it does (and if not I encourage turbine not to allow peeps fireowrks if it happens to be rainign in Bree at night)
Having said this, it is absolutule annoying if I am busy in RL and i schedule 2 valuable hours of my timeto grind for anniversary tokens and IT KEEPS RAINING FOR 3 #@$# HOURS IN BREE AND THUS I CAN'T COMPLETE THE QUEST AND THUS I WASTED MY TIME WAITING AROUND FOR THE RAIN TO END.
I understand that it might not be completely Turbine's fault. I assume (correct me if I'm wrong) that rain events are random in Middle Earth. If so I agree, they shouldn't be scripted. However, Turbine shoudl seriously consider scripting and scheduleing rain inthe anniversary event because it really messes up with gameplay. It s@#!@ with the players valuable time. I am not asking for no rain during the anniversary, I am asking for Turbine that during anniversary, if it rainds to limit it for say 30 minutes. In non anniversary times, where rain doesnt mess with gameplay, they can flood Bree for all I care.
It's very possible there is a technical reason for it. I'm just guessing, I don't know anything about programming.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
