    Question MOVE/remove skills description window

    I usually play using the mouse to activate the skill, then it is very annoying to see every time the window description of skills in the middle of the screen. I saw a video that the player sets the description in the corner of the screen, instead it appears in the same place where the skill or item is. That would be some plugin or just a setting in the UI settings? I wonder if anyone can help me with that.

    UI settings > enable static placed tooltips

    Then use ctrl + \ to move the tooltip window where you want it

    You can also adjust the tooltip delay to take longer for the window to pop up.
