I picked the 3 pieces of perseverance with crit and tactical mastery on them which were the helm, chest and gloves. The helm, chest, gloves each have 352 tactical mastery and crit. I chose these to support in healing, and crit crying.

We only overlap on 1 choice, guess we had different priorities
I see the perseverance helm as much worse than the Dagor helm. I don't value the 320 power THAT highly, and the dagor helm has lots more might, vit, and has 1k finesse, all of which I find desirable. Gloves also look rather worse that Dagor to me. For healing, the extra might seems like it is really good for OGH.
O.O they messed up the distribution of stats on the gloves. which sucks because I grabbed them cause they were cheap and I trusted them to not screw up. Also I deliberately avoided the power on the helm and shoulders, while I liked the agi on the dagor breast.
The perseverance gloves have 6 total stat slices, 1 being audacity. everything else has 7. Command, Loyalty... Dagor (even though dagor is wierd with fractions of slices [3 slices of might, 0.8 slice of morale, 2.4 slice of vit, 0.8 slice of crit, total 7])
so does everyone that runs this setup use the limlight jewellry sets for might then?
Currently I'm using martyr + a might set. Martyr clickie is so much better than might set clickies, and martyr stats are useful. But I'm working on getting teal pieces for all 3 sets so I can swap it around as needed.
I really like this critcry cappy build, but since I'm only premium i'm wondering if it's even worth going VIP for a month for (based on the fact RoR is more or less around the corner). I've looked around here but it almost seems unanimous that either this build or possibly the full menestaid is preferred. What I'm wondering is if a 4 piece dagor/ 2 piece menestaid seems like a viable alternative for a non-vip critcry build. I realize that one of the main reasons for the perseverance armor is the cry cooldown, but as some have said, it seems almost OP.

Full Menestaid is really not the way to go imo. If you wanna go Menestaid, you'll be better of with 3 draigoch + 3Menestaid for both the 3set-bonuses. (To boost Valiant Strike) You can pretty much keep valiant strike up constantly with this build in 6mans/raids

If you do that, be sure to run with a herald for an additional -5 seconds on VS. With enough HoTs that will be going around, should be able to keep a herald of war/hope alive long enough to make good use of it.
Also, 3 Draigoch + 3 Perserverance is tasty. You start having VS Spam XD
