    Account-wide item purchase issue

    I just bought gold cap removal for 395 TP, but the long loading time makes me anxious and LOTRO store turned out to purchase two of those. As these are account-specific items, 1 of them nonetheless is useless. I'd like to believe I had pressed the button twice in my impatience, though I honestly just pressed once.

    I understand that items purchased in LOTRO are universally regarded as unrevokable. However, account-specific items purchased will usually disappear from selection to prevent those items from being bought twice, while this purchase occur at the same time and prevent this from happening. Would LOTRO staff be kind enough to refund my second gold cap removal only? (I want to buy it, but only once)

    Regardless of the response, I'd thank you if LOTRO staff are willing to look into and provide a reply to this thread. I would be happy to provide order number and other information when needed. Thank you very much

    depends if they can see if the purchase went through twice, being as what you purchased should be a single purchase per account then it would easonable to expect youll get a refund... but after reading some comments from people expierence in the past its kind of hit and miss whether theyll give you anything
