I realize that people logging from one side to the other to vent hate and frustration is going to happen. Quite frankly, I usually find it funny in that, if I've ticked you off that much, I've done my job well.
But at least have the backbone to tell me who you are freepside! Hiding behind a creep toon that you set up just to vent with is pretty lame. I've done what I can to make sure freeps know my hunter and burg (Palaborn and Palamark) so you know who I am if I bring either into the Moors. Return the courtesy, please.
And, to the spineless wonder who logged over to blast me last night, I repeat: This is a PvP zone. You will get ganked, and you will die. It happens to all of us. Deal with it or go play Chutes and Ladders.
As for calling me out as a hypocrite for being in a pack that took you down as a solo? 1) I wasn't leading, though it seems people often assume if there's a pack I must be leading and 2) I have yet to see a freep zerg pass me by and not stomp my tail into the dirt. After awhile and a few times of that, it gets harder to extend a measure of respect that's worn down.
Unfortunately, the type of people who log over to send hate tells aren't typically the type of people who are interested in any sort of objective dialogue.
My suggestion? Start a hate tell collection. They start to become incredibly amusing.

I have some that I could never post on the forums with even the most creative editing. There's some really good ones threatening me and loved ones in RL. Not to mention the insane ones that don't even make sense. Those are good too, but often filled with profanity so it's hard to share them.

I still believe the best way to avoid as much as this as possible is to always kill creeps, always try to survive them killing you, and stray from those two ideals as little as possible (weird exceptions always apply...I've been known to not pot/eat food/whatever after a really epic win to let the dot drop me...but it feels weird not being consistant so I don't do that often).
I think the ideas about "fairness" and "respect" that have been surging lately from the fightclubbers has really hurt the moors and hurt the expectations of both sides.
No one got upset getting a 1:1 interrupted not so long ago. It was the norm. It was the risk of being solo and the cost of getting solo kills, the cost was you didn't always get them. In fact, only maliscious and purposefull call outs and map-ins were on the table as being un-cool (and many didn't even see that as a problem)...I know I was one of the most vehemant opponents of that behaviour and there were a LOT of players that accused ME of being carebear and a crybaby.
Now you're a terrible person who doesn't deserve to live if you ride by a fight and engage a creep that's fighting a freep. OR even worse, if you engage a creep who is fighting a freep in the midst of other creeps fighting other freeps. Because somehow you're supposed to "respect" the fact that they'v squared off and are "1v1ing".
Insanity.

Hey Pup, we have our suspicion of who it was - and if it was the person we think it is, solo or grouped, that person doesn't get a free pass when riding in the direction of the freep raid (at the time TR). The freeps had no rez circle, so all that released came back via GV. There is NO way to tell if said person was running solo or part of the raid.
Sooooooo to said person - next time, if you are solo, don't ride to the freep raid expecting a free pass - you won't get one, no pass for you! Getting ganked is part of the game - get used to it or go back to the safety of the pve part of the game. Logging in to rage at the opposing sideplayer does nothing but expose you as a thin skinned jerk.

Your champ has gotten far more hate tells than my champ has, I'm pretty sure. Which is a shame and a compliment to you. Each hate tell is a direct admission from the person sending it that they've lost at whatever victory condition they personally espouse.
Some of my favorite hate tells go back to when I played Bashel... the amount of hatred someone can have at losing at a time when freeps rarely lost is hard to adequately relate, heh.
Its an open PVP zone.. you shouldnt go out there and expect to live.. unless you're me of course but my starhugging aside (and believe me ive felt my share of fluffy death. it was fluffy but disturbingly deadly).. that is where turbine should reintroduce a timer for swapping sides be it 5-10 minutes something small or anything to potentially defuse constant logging over to send hate messages. Its a game, ya know? Hating the game is one thing but dont hate other people.. thats bad m'kay.
P.S. Burg for hire, if you need someone like that to mysteriously have a dagger or two in them, let me know

I love getting the "hate /tell" .. remember some spider flipping to ask why I told my group to roll him around the corner in TA... but I laughed because I wasn't even grouped and I don't call out soloers (except for Sadie)
Or the reaver who/QQ because I wouldn't 1v1 him in the midst of a craid and he boo-hooed over it ....

And although there's no way to really measure this...it's entirely believable that I've gotten more hate tells than any champ, any class, on either side, on any server...no way to know. But if Turbine came out tomorrow and said they've been tracking these things all along from the beginning and I was #1 I'd believe it.

Nuth, what's the name of the bow you use? That thing hurt, hit me for 1363, 1368, 997 in consectutive shots. Was very surprised to see that damage amount from a bow a heavy can use.
Hopefully my internet connection gets fixed, didn't really put up much of a fight last night. Storms from Tuesday night knocked it out in the area, and it's still not up to full speed. Was funny being full health, then dead in an instant, and also seeing freeps appear out of thin air.

The idea of Monkey and Bash makes my ears bleed. I think I'd last about 2 seconds, just long enough to keymash all my cooldowns.

So many people ask me for hunter advice (which I'm always happy to oblige), or flip over to stroke my ego (not that I mind, in fact, I encourage more to do the same, hehe). Some days I spend more time answering tells and discussing strategy than actually hunting creeps.

Yep hes done that for me too which helped out a bit with my 1v1 skills I think I've gotten some tells saying I have improved on the 1v1s so that makes me feel good! But I have yet to recieve a hate tell.. there is a first time for everything though -Haz

It's the Great River Bow of Haste .. although I plan on going with the Precision one when I get some time to get it crafted ... I think most of us champs have been surprised how hard the new bows hit.. so for you cute wargies who try and kite/bleed us .. make sure to break LoS or get further out .. with Let it Fly those bows can hurt

Truth. I would've preferred a buff to our bleed than a better bow, but we take what we can get. Same result though. Wargs that want to hit and bleed us need to sprint/hips now instead of just backing off and trying to kite some. I've killed a LOT of wargs over the past couple weeks while standing still. Let Fly FTW!

Yup, the best hate always comes through the mail. It is a nice silent way to be a jerk.
I do my best to log over and thank folks for a good fight, often on nights when I have spent a lot of time taking a dirt nap. I am not concerned with rank, or commendations. To me the fight is what matters, and showing a modicum of fair play in the process. I have not received many hate mails in my day, the few I have received came form a most unexpected source. But after the shock and disappointment wears off there is little left to do but cut your losses, and move on.

Yep....each of them were antics done by freeps for which hate messages spawn if done by a creep. OK, I've never gotten hate tells for the 2nd and 3rd ones directly, but I've seen the complaints.

Well I haven't played my r12 or r13 (I forgot what rank he is,no biggie) BA on brandy for a while now,so can't help you there.Plus I never used the jumping-around-like-a-clown-strategy=P Also,if any of you guys have doubts that my BA even exists,ask Danuf....I used to be grouped up with his r12-13 WL all day errday.TRUE STORY!
Those who knew me when I started playing this game know that I use to make tons of hate tells, even hate posts on forums. I'm a good boy now and left those things behind me, but once in awhile my inner troll comes out.
I don't send hate tells about getting ganked cause I understand it's an open pvp zone so whatever I'm even ok when I'm up in candy mountain or some other secluded place and my 1v1s are interrupted. Something that does still get to me is how I'm engaged by someone or even a small group and a few seconds into the fight they're running away hitting cool downs and store bought brands to get away. If you come out of stealth or out of the blue to start a fight, stick to it live or die.
