Thread: Time Grows Short for possible changes.

As i just recently figured out from a dev posting posting today Update 7 will happen before the date of the 5th of June. There may be a chance (as there always is) that we may get changes but there is also that we will hit our what 8th month of not even on cosmetic or bug fix. The same dev posted last week that a dev diary/diaries for update 7 might be out later this week (im not being optimistic).

If you want changes shout to be heard, if not stay quiet and hope that turbine keep staying unseen and stationary. If you have any ideas for new ideas of fixs post them in the idea threads for the dev's to see so they have a general idea of what the hutner community wants realistic changes to.

Just wanted to keep you guys updated and maybe give you a faint hope at the end of this dark tunnel as the world we knew changes and we stay unchanged (take that as good or bad).

How can there be any Hunter updates/changes/fixes when there is no Hunter Dev?

Technically we have a dev and that is ZC. If he is still our dev i dont know but if he is i think he will find that he is currently the focus of hate and complaints of many unhappy hunters. I hope he gets back from his bi-annual vacation or notices that if he doesn't stop at least talk to hunters and stops ignoring us then there may be some hunters left to play ROR

On topic, I'm cautiously hopeful for at least some address towards our aggro management issue. Fixing our survivability in the moors is too much for the devs to handle, plus the fact that it'll cause too much outrage for creeps, who relied on hunters for their solo kills.

I would suggest that all hunters involved in BullRoarer for U7 spam tickets and reports, and hopefully nothing as lame as Split shot will make it through testing, this is presuming that someone would be opening tickets and bug Reports from Hunters, I rather feel they are auto-deleted


PS, please dont give me CC as a Secondary Role, just sort out my Primary Role, if I want to heal I`ll role a Mini, for CC an LM, for tanking a Guard, I just wanna dps, that is why I roled a Hunter.

I wouldn't expect anything to happen with Update 7. I do not even know, what they might plan on class changes overall for Update 7 since there are no real PvE issues for any classes, maybe apart from the fact that medium armour is in fact light armour.

I would not hold my breath for anything just like the last 8 months. Wasn't there something about revamping some UI-things etc.? So I guess gameplay and convenience changes are in order.

We are severly lacking Solo-PvP competence and so many skills are so unbelievably useless and clumsy, apart from this we are fine. But yeah it is really depressing what kind of effort has been put in our class.
