I wish I had the numerical magic of Glenn Beck right now... If he was here he could certainly tell us the meaning of this message! And it would likely involve nazi's, communism, Hitler, and extremists as well. Oh Glenn Beck, you bring so much glory to the name of trolling... RIP man... RIP.
Ghost Bear see problem. Nice peoples looking at Horse mouth. Ghost bear look at Horse belly. Horse make good snack!
One idea one guy has is: 7 months, 3 weeks, 4 days, 3 hours, 2 minutes and 1 second since any developer bothered reading or writing in the hunter forums? Made a few people laugh (me included) but I don't think that's it.
Its probably the ROR beta in which they will test mounted combat (as many people think). It could have something to do with update 7 but as our friendly dev. has posted update 7 will be before June 7th. Its either a simple answer most people think it is or turbine has released the ultra complected math problems on us in which case we will be doomed to never solve it. :P
Since the missing numbers are 5 and 6 it would be either 5/6 or 6/5. The numbers could also be referring to some of the days that E3 will be taking place since E3 is June 5th - 7th.
My guess is with what other's have said; RoR trailer at E3!
Well I give up, Its a date, its 6/5 June 5th. (May 6th is a Sunday and nothing happens on a weekend)
Other than E3 starting June 5th and lasting till the 7th (During which I expect a lot of info about a lot of games) there's really nothing else to deduce from the clue.
June 5 (6/5) is when E3 starts. I am guessing that is when we will get information/video/etc. on Riders of Rohan...and maybe the other "secret" project Turbine has been working on, if they're still working on it.
Edit:
And the 4, 3, 2, 1 is indicitive of a countdown on a video, so video on June 5th will be most likely.
(Although they really don't use countdowns any more, and if they do the "1" is left out)
So, the devs have confirmed that it's a date (on Facebook) and that it has to do with Riders of Rohan (here). Sapience has also said that one person had gotten it right as of his latest post, and I take his wording to mean that only one person has gotten it right. I think we can rule out anything to do with update seven, both because it's technically not part of ROR and because Sapience has said that update seven will be released before 6/5.
It's a little difficult to tell who said what when on the Facebook page, but I can make some guesses. It's easy enough to tell, of course, who said what on this thread before Sapience's last post. Multiple people on this thread have guessed that there will be information and videos released at E3 on 6/5, so I think we can probably rule that out. It seems plausible, but unless Sapience is being super-nitpicky and suggesting, for example, that the person who guessed that there would be a trailer released at E3 is correct but the people who guessed that there would be videos released is incorrect--and that's super-nitpicky--I doubt this is what our dear Horse Dev is talking about.
Multiple people have guessed that the ROR beta will start on 6/5, or that a mounted combat beta will start on 6/5, but most of those guesses were on Facebook, and so I don't know whether they were before or after Sapience's latest post. One person specifically mentioned a mounted combat beta rather than a ROR beta... although, since mounted combat will be centered around the warbands that will only be active in Rohan, it seems a little unlikely that we would have a mounted combat beta separate from the ROR beta. A beta on 6/5 seems plausible, but it difficult to tell without knowing when exactly the Facebook comments about ROR beta were specifically posted in relation to Sapience's post.
There's one more reasonable guess I've seen, and as far as I can tell, only one person mentioned it before Sapience's post: that 6/5 would be the first date to pre-order ROR. The fact that 6/5 coincides with the first day of E3 makes this seem especially likely. E3 seems like an odd time to start a beta, since a portion of the devs and community team would be at E3. You'd think they would want to be on hand when beta started so they could collect data, get feedback, coordinate the beta, and put out any potential fires. Last year, however, I believe the pre-order site for Isengard went up during one of the gaming conventions, and in fact, I think it might have been during E3 specifically. Isengard had record sales, so why not time the ROR beta the same way?
So my guess is that the pre-order site for ROR will go up on 6/5/12. We can probably expect some good information about ROR to come from E3 as well, and probably a beta sometime in July or so. But as for 6/5, my skirmish marks are on a pre-order page.

Considering that Turbine announced the release date of, and pre-order information for, Rise of Isengard on 6/7/11, I think that's a reasonable guess.
I suppose it doesn't hurt to remind folks that, if things are done the same way as last year, the pre-order will be available only for cash money from Turbine's Digital River Web store; it won't be available from the in-game Store for TP until RoR actually launches. I hope that a blue name will be kind enough to confirm that.

Nice, thanks for confirming the date of the Isengard pre-order.
And presumably that means we can estimate September as a likely time frame for release again. That's not so far away.

Hm. Well if it's RoR pre-order then they're gonna need to sell it to me a bit more before I part with my money. All we've got so far is a few snippets. Gimmie moar!

I'm going to guess that it has to do with May 6, even though it's a Sunday. The date format of day-month is the one that Tolkien would've been used to.
As to specifics, no idea, but maybe there will be an announcement of a trailer or some sort of preview for RoR.
Is it a sequence of numbers that ends in 1 or a sequence of numbers that begins with 1?
If it begins with 1 then 5 and 6 would be the next logical numbers in the sequence:
First number is 1
add 1... 1+1 = 2
add 1... 2+1 = 3
add 1... 3+1 = 4
add 1... 4+1 = (5)
add 1... 5+1 = (6)
But if the sequence ends in 1 we can get another possible sequence:
(13),9,6,4,3,2,1
13 - 9 = 4
9 - 6 = 3
6 - 4 = 2
4 - 3 = 1
So, if the two missing numbers represent a date in US format then those dates could either be 6/5 (June 5) or 9/6 (September 6). June 5, 2012 falls on a Tuesday while September 6, 2012 falls on a Thursday.
There might be more possible variations for this sequence but I will leave it to others to figure out, this is all the brain power I want to put towards this puzzle lol.

While the devs have shown a commendable ability to respect British English conventions, I suspect that it may be expecting a little too much from the marketing types!

The truly subtle solution would be a June 5 announcement of a September 6 release.
Please let this be something about RoR. We've had nothing since the title release!
6/5, I do forget how you Americans do your dates. So it could be 6th May or 5th June.
We write our dates as if they're spoken...although that may not help either.
In common speech we say June 5th rather than the 5th of June. So we write it 6/5.
I'm not sure if that helps or just confuses the issue further, but yes, as someone who works with people overseas quite a bit it can be confusing from time to time.

What's most puzzling is why they hired Sarah Jessica Parker as part of the dev team.
Maybe it refers to sequels to the 'Sex and the City' movies?
