Zigilburk Returned is part of the epilogue to the epic story in Moria.
You meet again all those Dwarves you have been interacting with on your journey as you descend into the earth to return the axe Zigilburk to a safe place. I had quite forgotten some of the Dwarves i had met when first entering Moria, but they all remind you of what you did together. I was quite moved by the end. It was like looking through a holiday photo album.
My suggestion is to make this instance repeatable; a 'souvenir' of sorts and reminder of your days in the Mines forever.
There's no xp or reward, so no impact on progression.
I wish i had taken screenshots (as they all address you by name) but of course i only thought about it half way through.

Re: Make 'Zigilburk Returned' a repeatable instance
Umm. Isn't that basically what the sage's reflecting pool is for? I don't know if zigilburk returned is on that list, but it should be easy enough to pop into the 21st hall and find out.
Re: Make 'Zigilburk Returned' a repeatable instance
Is it not accessible through a reflection pool? If it isn't, it should be, because it is (imo) one of the highlights of Volume 2. I actually got a little misty-eyed when one of the dwarves bowed before me; It felt like my actions actually mattered, and that the dwarves were genuinely thankful. No epic loot-reward could ever replicate that feeling.
Re: Make 'Zigilburk Returned' a repeatable instance
I finished that instance and the only thing I could think of what, "you morons, give me the ax...I didn't screw everything up, that would be you, failures. As soon as I leave, you guys are screwed."
Re: Make 'Zigilburk Returned' a repeatable instance
Update. Just checked with a character that was close to doing zil returned himself. Yes, once it has been done the first time, THEN it will show up in the MORIA reflecting pool, which is near the taxidermist and some of the trainers in the 21st hall. The mark of victory the sage awards for a rerun is a complete waste of time these days, but, since the repetition is for nostalgia reasons rather than loot, that should not matter.
Ps. Don't bother talking to the sage, he only offers two instances( perhaps they are the only two he will pay a victory mark for?) but if you look into the pool itself, you should see the full list of available instances.
