Thread: Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Error 1935

Hello guys, I installed LOTRO in my windows 7 and I'm having a problem. When I run the game, It's download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, but when it's completing the installation the error 1935 appears. The strangest part is that I play DDO too, and the installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 in it went well, and I can play the game. So, why is this happening and what I need to do to solve this problem? Thank you for your time.

Having a same problem with "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Error 1935" on windows vista home premium 64 bit..
I read some threads and response from Turbine customer support and pretty much done everything what others did, from reinstalling, disabling UAC, made sure all three Applications were not in Compatibility mode and run as Admin, and no luck with anything..
Hope few other Tech's have some other solution or its just corrupted patch from Turbine..
