I am completely frustrated by the lack of response action by tech support to this problem. Before someone says "file a bug report", I have filed at least 20 bug reports on this issue. Why no reponse? The problem is this-- when entering or leaving the Gravenwood zone about half of the time the client crashes. This doesn't happen everytime but about half of the time. I have gotten to the point where I dread going into the area and have to waste the time completely reloading the client. The character makes the transition. but the system crashes with the splash screen loaded and the progress bar showing fully loaded.
This problem has been occurring since the start of ROI and I have been filing bug reports since that time. It happens to all classes. My question is simply this why hasn't Turbine addressed this issue or at least responded in some way regarding the status.
I love LOTRO and have been playing since Beta. That is why I find this situation so frustrating.

Re: Crashes in Gravenwood
Bug reports are not used for direct support for that you need to contact Technical Support directly via the submit a ticket form here. There is a sticky here detailing the bug report option and when to use it.
Regarding the crashes I would suggest submitting a technical support ticket for direct help in trying to troubleshoot them.
Note: The Customer Support forums are for Player-to-Player help, for official support, please submit a ticket to the appropriate team via the form here.
After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book.
Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
