think of it this way..... the more will you have, the more power you have to use, also the more will you have, the more mastery you have too, this means you kill stuff quicker and use less power making ICPR slightly less useful. my power unbuffed sits at 10,010 (i think) and i've used exactly 4 power pots since RoI came out.

as for how he got 2500 will, that's easily possible, and i think he has some of the old relics they stopped letting people have a long time ago. i wasn't paying attention to the pics, so he might have had buffs up, but 2500 is easily achievable if you're willing to give up the morale to have it. i didn't see his morale but you can bet it's fairly low to compensate. the other option people forget is virtues, and will legs on both items. etc etc. try as an experiment and forget morale, stack as much will as you can and see how high you can get it.....

also malf, anytime you have to move hurts fire and cuts your dps, make the switch.

It's like the crazy girlfriend who's incredible in bed. You know you have to leave her, for your own sanity, but the sex is just so damn good....

Or maybe it's the other way round. It's like being married to a horrible woman who you can't stand, but you can't divorce her because she gets half of everything if you do.

While you burn at the stake, I dance with the flames. I take what you love and leave you in tears. I am relentless, unpredictable, and waiting for your last breath.

Meh, it depends on how far you have to move and how often. If you can time it so you're refreshing MF and FtoW while moving, you lose nothing. I haven't done any T2 yet, but there don't seem to be that many fights in ToO where you're moving particularly often anyway that don't involve AOE. If there is AOE, fire is always going to be unquestionably superior, moving or not.

just checked the pic, he had food up and was in a raid, so think mini and cappy will buffs plus food, and fully geared, forgot to check where, so if it was outside the moors he could even pop his bauble and raise it more which would amuse me greatly XD

That was with raid buffs. No Minstrel Will tale though. No I don't have the old relics, I was one of the idiots who refined my old relics thinking that level 60 and 65 relics would not be the best at level 75 (how silly of me).

Sadly never been to Orthanc, so i can't deliver any parses from there, which would be very interesting, since there are only lightning-parses posted here. But i have done a few tests on those little training-dummies, i hope it would be more in a raid-environment. A few explanations: Character: ~28,500 tactical mastery, approx. 6000 crit. Equip: Second ager, triple crystalised, 4 parts of the Draigoch-Set. Repeating this test with the Puignor-Set equipped would be great, although the bonusses are broken at least the +2 impulses work with FR, which is +66% on the damage over time and approx. +33% damage of FR.

The first picture is of a parse, where i got ~17% critical hits, which comes close to the percentage of tactical critical hits my rk has. EoFlame hit very hard - but wasn't a devastating hit.

    And some fun with SW:

PS: Standing close to the target lifts lightning-rk's dps for ~200. Fire-rk's don't profit that much of the melee attack, due to the cast time of skills.
