You could test out the latter by logging in to myaccount.turbine.com and trying to enter the code there as a game card subscription.

Sorry to hear of your difficulties, zeprince, I know it must be frustrating not only to wait for Turbine Customer Support to respond via email, but be getting no satisfaction from the forums either. Phoning in would get the issue resolved faster, but being where you are, I doubt you have that option. The problem is, this is a problem that CS will have to handle for you, none of us can do much more than sympathize. Try to enjoy the game in the meantime, knowing that CS will solve the problem for you as soon as they can. Good luck!

If the cards were for Turbine Points, were they for LOTRO or DDO? The two are not interchangeable. A Turbine Point card for DDO can only be used in DDO and a Turbine Point card for LOTRO can only be used in LOTRO.

The only cards you can enter on MyAccount are Game Time Cards.
Turbine Point cards are redemmed by starting the Lotro game software, launching the Lotro store interface - either on the character select screen or after your character enters the game world. There should be a redeem card option with in the Lotro Store.
The reason for doing it this way is that the Lotro Store is operated by PlaySpan not Turbine. Your Turbine Points are held in your PlaySpan account that is associated with your game account.

Kamusta, Mahal na Prinsipe.
Try giving Turbine a call. It's the quickest way to resolve your issue. Last time I had a problem with my subscription, the call was only around 5 minutes and it was cheap. I think it's just an additional Php20.00 on my cellphone bill. But you can also call them via Skype for free (so they say. Haven't tried that avenue myself.)
Good luck and see you in Middle Earth. If you happen to be in Imladris, say hello. There are a lot of Filipinos and SEAsians in our kin. :3
Edited to add:
Didn't see your siggy. Still, if you ever find yourself in Imladris...:3

On his first post he said that he's clicking on the Redeem Your Points Now button, and as far as I remember, that's in the Store. Hence the advice on him giving CS a call.

He also states he logged into MyAccount - tried to apply the code. I am not sure exactly what he did. Both MyAccount and the Lotro Store have a Redeem interface. Considering he is not located in the USA, it is worth explaining exactly how to do it correctly. I hate for any more time to be wasted. Or money spent on an international phone call when it is an easily corrected pilot error.

Yes i did go in-game and tried to redeem them all Lotro Store>>>Add Points>>>Redeem Points. Well the CS said"
"Greetings ,
Thank you for your inquiry.

Wal-Mart a problem? Say it ain't so!
But, yeah, I'd have your dad email you pics of the cards to be sure he didn't mistype something if CS can't verify the codes. If that doesn't fix it, then go ahead with the (yet again) email to CS.

Mmm...I think the reason why he went to MyAccount was because MJK47 advised him to try to log on there so he can double check if what his dad gave was a time card or a point card, since the LOTRO Store could not verify his codes. I tried logging in to MyAccount right now and can't see a Redeem Your Points option. I see Activate Product Key and add a Game Card option though. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong place. That feature would be great if you're trying to get Turbine Points and you're using a different computer. :3
Oh, and Php20.00 is only about 0.45 USD. It won't burn a hole in your pockets.

Aww...I hope your Dad kept the cards. Just ask him to snap a photo of them so you can send them to Turbine CS. I hope they work something out on their end so your Dad won't have to go back to Walmart and have the cards activated. If in the event that he does, I also hope he kept the receipt. >.<
And since Elendilmir is the unofficial Oceanic server, I'm sure you'll have plenty of folks to play with in our timezone. I personally know of a bunch of people from Imladris who transferred there recently (mostly SEAsians who are currently living in Australia) so you'll meet your fair share of your fellow Filipinos there.
