Thread: I really don't understand

Why is this site such a mess? For a game that's been out this long, and a really successful company, how could the site be so broken? I dont need to list the issues as I am sure everyone has them, I'm just curious if there is an actual legitimate reason. This is quite a long "beta", no?

What parts are broken? The only one I noticed so far is when I tried making a Gallery and uploading photos, it would not work.

Searching for things is a chore. Usually having to click something twice because the first time just re loads the page. That is extremely frustrating when it happens while you are posting something and all your text clears. Getting logged out for no reason. The lore book.

There is more but just the ones above are kind of ridiculous for a popular MMO website. I truly don't mean to be nasty about this. I love this game and I support turbine. It just doesn't seem acceptable to me, for the site to be in such a broken state.

What was that about what's wrong with this site? Let's hope this post actually ends up in the right place. With the way things are going this post will end on a random topic in the Runekeeper forums or something

It's only been broken for 2 days (at my count on my computer) so let's give turbine at least 5 more to fix it... BTW It took me at least 10 clicks to get here...

Multiple clicking required to get anywhere, posts not posting half the time, or posting and not looking they did, or the "token has expired" thing. I've started ctrl-c copying a post before hitting the post button so I can paste it back in when it it doesn't post. In short, the forums aren't just broken, they're crumbling to bits.
