Which fused relic is the best to barter for at the skirmish camp?

I don't know if it's just whichever is the best you can afford, or if there's diminishing returns in there somewhere.

If you are going to barter for relics, go with the lowest one. They are ridiculously cheap (7 marks iirc?), so you can buy a horde of them and combine them to make higher tiers.

It will be time consuming, but you actually get better results this way, as you greatly increase your chances during the combine process of getting crits so you end up with more relics, scrolls, and shards.

Once you make enough of the tiers you want, you should have enough shards to meld them, so you can get the exact relics you are looking for.

A good 9 months ago I calculated the cost and quantity of relics needed to combine up to level 6. IIRC, tier 4 relics were the most economical. Depending on your level, one can easily solo T1 Stoneheights at 75 for a decent amount of relics.
