    Unable to purchase tier 7 stat tomb

    I was able to purchase up to tier 6, but couldnt for tier 7. Is that bc the character is only a level 13?

    Yes you can't buy them at level 13. They added tier 7 after I was at the level cap so I don't know the exact level you can buy them.

    I had this problem aswell few days ago, said something like an error has occurred unable to purchases or something.

    However I reached level 20 and I was then able to buy them

    I think you mean tome. A tomb is something you're buried in.
