    Exclamation Body Weight Change

I think we should be able to change our body weight. I mean, I made my first character exactly a year ago, and now I'm not very happy with her body weight. She's my highest level character, so I can't delete her and fix it.

I'd like to see that added on.

Unfortunately, tattoos are not going to happen. Turbine wanted to have tattoos as a character customization for launch in 2007. The Tolkien IP owner refused to approve tattoos for our characters. I suppose there is a very small chance now that it is 2012, Middle Earth Enterprises:

might reverse that decision if Turbine asked again.

It is interesting the amount of influence ME has on the game content.

Note, however, that the Dunlendings have lots of tattoos. But we aren't Dunlendings.

Well, I sometimes come up with strange ideas and this is no exception. I say the longer that your character is logged in, the larger they should become. This would be a indication that 12 hour sessions 7 days a week fed by soda and Pizza Hut has taken it's toll. You see a Hobbit that looks strangely like Jaba the Hut and you know he will have the knowledge of Yoda in the game!

Keep it game related? Alright! Then living off a diet of pies should have an effect. Sorry guys, I would love the better regeneration that the pies offer, but I'm on a carrot and cabbage diet this raid. May want to let me take the rear in this encounter. Just saying....

Tattoos? Hobbits could have a Tattoo that states "Born to be Mild".

    Joking aside...

A lot of folks are very keen to see more character customisation options, in terms of physical build, both height and weight. Since Turbine have never even hinted at giving htis to us, I'm left withthe impression that htere may be somethigns topping htem.. Perhaps somethign to do withthe way armour and such is modelled and fit to our characters, that couldn't adapt to differeing height and weight settings?

I honestly don't know, but I'd love to see it, and I would want to hope that, given the amunt of requests for it over the years, and he support that they all universally get, Turbine would at least try to overcome whatever issues are preventing it and see about getting it done. Here's hoping.
Rider, Fighter, Virgin, Lover; Watcher, Chaser, Bearer of Pain.
Victim tormented, Abused and Broken; Rise from the ashes and Hunt once again.
    And Vengeance Be Thy Oath.

    /sighned

It sounds like a reasonable enough option if you ask me. If possible it wouldn't be a bad thing to add for us players. I've done the same thing on a couple of my toons as well. Would just be nice knowing we aren't "stuck" with something

Hmmm, a request for the /diet emote.

Invoking this emote will start a period during which you cannot kill any thing edible and can only pick vegetables and fruit. Also, any quests involving pies or ale will be unavailable to you.

The /diet emote is only available with the /binge emote as a store-bought bundle.

Well since tatoos are out of the picture what about war-paint? Or face paint. They have already painted our horses (skeleton horse and algraig i think). So it wouldent stretch the lore to far and war paint was quite common back in the day..

Oh yes, body height would be nice! "Born to be Mild". And I wish they'd make the female hobbits a bit fatter, like the males. They just get wider.

I absolutely agree. It's actually real no? People lose and gain weight. And scars and tattoos, 2 thumbs way up! While were there, how about hair? Most of the hair styles are pretty. How about a few messy options?

I think they should go all out and do a full character remake type of item in the store. It could be around 250-750 TP (whatever Turbine sees fit, I suppose) and it would return your character to the creation screen so that you could have all those options (eg eyes, body type, mouth, eye color).
