    LI Ceaseless Argument legacy.

    That Legacy on your legendary item - " x% Ceaseless Argument Damage" - Should it display damage changes on the display when you move your arrow on the skill? I've seen no changes from 1% too 15% on it...Is it meant to be like that?

    I've heard it is working and not working, but it seems general consensus is the tooltip, at least, isn't displaying properly.

    Basically, instead of being Ceaseless Argument Damage, it's actually Ceaseless Argument Critical Multiplier.

    No change on base hits
    Improved damage on critical hits
    No change on devastate hits
