    A Gleam in the Gloom??

This is a quest in Moria
How do you get to the 3rd mirror?
I can see on the 2nd floor of a building that of course has no stairs, guess the ancient dwarf's could fly.
At 6.7S 112.7W I can see it up there but getting to the edge of the chasm isn't close enough to count.

First I thought you were talking about a quest in the silvertine lodes, then I remembered that that one was about crystals, not mirrors :/
I think for this one you have to go through the nain palace (where those gredbyg and their queen are).

On the path from the Dolven-view to the entrance of the Great Delving there is an entrance to the Palace of Nain. Someone on mmodb.com has a fairly good description of how to get to the mirror:

"TIP: For the third mirror: Go out the north west side[*]. Keep going northwest to the platform with stairs on the North, West and South side. Go down the West side (avoiding the drop on the left!). Walk into the long hallway. Run North for a few seconds until you get to the first set of stairs on the right. Go up the stairs, fight a few bugs and to back to the back to the mirror."

    * The writer means the northwest side of Dolven-view - go past the relic master on the other side of the pillar from the stable horse and you should see a path heading northwest and down a small incline.
