Ok my first time supporting the game I thought i would purchase some points. all the confirmation e.mails say i have been billed for the points but after 24 hours I still have no points in my account.
You bought them in there in-game LOTRO store? Did you use a credit card or a different pay method?
I use a credit card and after i purchased TP in the store i get them immediately. The Forums here won't help you - this a case for the support which you should call. Or maybe write a ticket but using the phone would be the easiest and fastest way.
