Greetings everyone,

When i try to log in my account, everything is perfect. The problem is that, when I chose my caracter in the menu, it starts the loading screen, but the loading bar doesn't fill, and after a moment the ''The connection with the server has been lost'' and the quit bottom appear...

Does anyone knows what is the problem and how to fix it ?
