Way to zerg 1v1's bro, representing rank 11 like a true gentleman.
I'm not sure where you were 1v1ing, but i will say that Candy Mountain is the place to 1v1 with impunity. It is really confusing when you come across 1v1ers. It is hard to know if there is an actual 1v1 occurring , or if you just came across a battle. Further, if you are 1v1ing say, near Good TA, or Elf Camp or whatnot, you should have no expectations for your safety. The only place that is sacrosanct for 1v1s in any form is CM.
Slammin, if you interfered with a CM 1v1, don't do it again, it's off limits for general warfare (you didn't did you?). In all other cases and locales, PvMP means quite literally that you could be killed at any moment, whether you are afk, cheering at your good friend who is on the opposing side, in the process of mapping out to safety, chatting with someone in glff, or engaged with nearby opponents.
The limiting factor (though i understand why it is set up this way) is that freep/creep communication is very limited, which means that it is hard to know what someone intends or means. Currently the only legitimate signal that you want to 1v1 is that you are on CM: everywhere else it's a dog-eat-hunter, hunter-eat-dog world.
BTW, hi Paligas! It's always fun to swap "Sense Prey" and "Passage of Nature" with you; keep up the radar, it keeps me on my toes! :P

I usually thought that Candy Mountain is the primary place for 1v1s, even though I haven't been up there waiting for anyone since I don't know when the 1v1s are going down.
Maybe something similar like they did in Avardin/Starkmoor in Dunland on the Freepside, where it's just a massive big pit with rails around the circle pit where freeps/creeps can come in and watch and wait for the next battle. Just my 2 cents.

cause someone told you or you just heard that the place to do 1v1 its CM you repeat that 1v1s should be at CM like everyone does
same bs as always, 1v1s could be anywhere and interrupts could be anywhere too its doesnt matter, people can do whatever they want, but zerging over and over 2 or 3 freeps and 2 or 3 creeps that are standing watching/fighting 1v1 only proves that you actually tried to 1v1 at least a few times in the past and you had a hard time, so you only can play now with more people, need backup to not die, cause people hate dieng in video games
yesterday for example, there was 2 creeps and 3 freeps doing some spars. Slammin raid (maybe 12+) came idk like 4 times and kill us, and creeps came too and did the same by killing the 3 freeps when they knew there was a raid of freeps and freeps actually knew there was a raid/group of creeps but since neither of the two groups have the guts to push wherever they are, both chosen the easiest kill/fight like always
Everyone wants to do some 1v1 or did at least a few times, Even Hboss did it
if you want to interrupt spars do it, i only have to press the retreat button and go back with 1 more death in my Sexy WT, but plz end up saying that CM its the place to get a "safe" 1v1

What makes candy mountain any different than any other place on the map to 1v1? Everyone says 1v1 on candy mountain and then we get other people jumping on the u must 1v1 at candy mountain bandwagon, but contrary to popular belief most 1v1s dnt even happen at candy mountain anymore. Theres no rule saying that 1v1s should be and will be respected and just because u think they should doesnt mean it has to happen.
That being said i dnt like it when my 1v1s r interrupted either but u have to learn to deal with it because its an open pvp area
so if u want to have an uninterrupted 1v1 i suggest u go to a remote area such as eagle pass or even up by gtr which in my opinion r actually better places to 1v1 than candy mountain. Making a rage thread about ur 1v1 getting interrupted isnt the proper way to go about it either, just have another 1v1 in a more secluded area and yall will do just fine.
P.S. we need more people to be up for 1v1s on this server
Open map pvp means everywhere and everyone is fair game, even candy mountain. I like 1v1ing but understand that I could get blown up by a creep raid at any time. Like Coco said you hit retreat and start again. You can always change locations and there are a lot of spots on the map that are somewhat out of the way but still close to maps/rezzes.
I would love to see Turbine take all of the wasted real estate in the Delving and turn that into battle skirmishes that could be 1v1, 2v2, 6v6, 12v12 and maybe 24v24. If not skirmishes a battle area that is balanced with no npcs, the area starts out with a max of 5 players from each side being able to enter, once both sides have 5 it scales up to 10 and continues on from there preventing a zerg on either side.

Lol, I know death is near when I get the message that I'm being followed.
And there was a group of 3-4 freeps clearly standing around the 1v1 watching, so there was no possible way he would've thought otherwise.
It doesn't effect me in anyway, but PvP would be so much better if people would respect 1v1's that are going on. It's a nice change of pace from zergfests.
B************ tells you, 'umm how do you hit so hard??'
Sounds like someone died in pvp
I'd put more effort into pointing out obvious mad, but the OP sure didn't.

Very true.
Silverlode is full of rock solid players. Once all the haters left - starting with those "distinguished gentlemen" from Furia - gaming on Silverlode, especially PVP, was much better instantly.
PVP is much as it has always been - as much fun as you put effort into it. I think most people whinging about the "state of PVP" simply don't put in enough effort, and then complain. I don't pay much attention to that kind of drivel.
And for the haters who left for "better" (read: easier) PVP: I hope you find what you are looking for. Me, I like this place. I've met a lot of people that are worth knowing.
There are plenty of reasons to transfer to Silverlode. It happens quite often, in fact, and I hear from quite a few directly. The reasons are probably beyond the comprehension of those who live in a world dominated by PVP.

Quite possibly the funniest thing I have ever read.
You probably should read more of my posts then. Your sample pool seems... Limited.
