Discussion: Spar Contest April 30th 7:00 PM Est

I'm thinking in a little "big" contest of spars for Freeps (not in the moors, so no-vips can also try).

Location: 28.8S 54.1W (Outside Bree West, between the milestone and the campfire)
Time: 7:00 PM Servertime (type /servertime when you'r playing to check)

What would we do? It's quite easy. We would go there 5-10 minutes before 7:00 and sign in the contest (Send me a tell saying you want to participate) and then wait (without spars please) until 7:00. At that time the signs ups will be closed and we will spars. The persons losing the spars will be eliminated and at we would be getting the final fighters in an eliminatory contest. (i'm sure i didn't explained that well... sorry for my english)

1: The inscription will cost 1g.
2: The fights will be assigned ramdonly (people with the 2 Lower /roll fight).
3: The winner gets ALL the money collected by the people that inscribed.
4: If you want to Yield in the middle of the contest, you will only get 500s and the other 500s remains for the winner.
5: Everything is allowed. That means All cooldowns, all skills, Racial skills, potions.
6: If there's a draw, the match will be repeated. If there's 3 consecutive draws, that persons will fight against other ones.
7: If you lag is up to your opponent to say if he want to repeat the spar or not.

It's intended to have a fun time and learn a bit about other classes.
Everyone can go there and watch without participating :P let's make riddermark a little bit more enjoyable for an hour.

Edit: everyone can participate, but since lvls 75 will do it, it's up to you if you wanna give it a shot at lower level, though you probably lose.

But you should know that if an experienced moor mini burn fellowship heart (maybe don't even need to burn this), basically
nobody can beat the mini.

Burg can take a mini from 100% to 0 in the 8 second twist stun fairly easily

Every class can die against another specific class, nobody is unbeatable.

For that reason i choose the fights using /roll. It will make it Fair for everyone since we will get ramdom enemies, not neccesary the ones we want to fight.

sae, i think burgs need to be in a seperate spar of their own, cause there is no way any other class will win.

my first thought was to disqualify them entirely, but that would be kinda mean

I find it unlikely that you could beat any burglar who used 2x touch and go and 2x knives out, with the possibility of find footing in there too.

You barely beat me on my burg when I used only knives out and you used pledge x2 and warriors heart x2

Maybe not OP guards but i'm sure someone can beat you. That's totally the point of this contest. The ramdom in the fights, you can be beated by another class or you can be facing a hard enemies.

I guess we will see what happens.

Edit: ok, nevermind, edited so it's gonna happen at 7:00.
Would need someone trusty to accept the inscription money and to make the raid for choose fights depending on /rolls. Any volunteer? :P
