    12 Month Billing plan

Morning all, just a bit off advice please. I have been a Vip for over 3 years and in June lasy year i took advantage of the 12 months for $99. Turbine are currently offering this deal again for a limited time and it says in the small print that existing Vip can just select this from their billing options. When i log in i noticed this option was not there, which i assume is because my current 12 months has not expired yet.
What i would like to know is there a way to add this option on after my 12 months has expired or will i have to pay the normal rate when the price rises after the limited period.
I assume also that if i canceled subscription and then resubscribed using the limited offer i would lose my continued 3 years service.

Thanks in advance for any advice

This particular plan isn't always offered. But it is being offered again now so it's a good time to ask.

As a previous poster said, this means you will continue to be subscribed at that rate ($99 for 12 months) every 12 months unless you unsubscribe. There is no need to sign up for this deal again since you already are subscribed with this deal.

Once your 12 mos is up you will be automatically charged for the next 12 mos at the same price ($99). No need to sign up for this deal again -- you already have it and it will continue until you cancel your subscription.

    Re: 12 Month Billing plan

When your current year subscription is up they will re-bill the credit card on your account for the next year. As long as that billing goes through you will continue for another year at the $99 plan you already have.

If you used a pre-paid (gift) credit card that is now out of money or expired, a debit card from an account you no longer have, don't have enough balance left on that card to cover the bill, or have any other reason to expect the billing to fail then you should log in at my.account.turbine.com and change the card on file to one you know will work. Do that before your current sub expires. Unless the billing fails, you cancel, or you change your subscription to some other plan the year plan you are on should just re-bill and keep going.

That is what Turbine customer assistance told me about it last time it was offered when I called to check before signing up.
