So I just hit lvl 75 today on my noob warden and realized... I know nothing of the "best" LI legacies, LI titles, gear, etc. So... here's your chance to help me out! Would appreciate anything from good virtues for a warden to good jewelry, LI legacies, LI titles, and any other tidbits that would help me tank better. (yes, in case you're wondering, I am planning on mostly tanking on my warden, not assailment or recklessness anytime soon)
I'm quite interested to know as well, because I am leveling my warden along-side my burg. However, I'll be focusing on PvMP and soloing more than raiding and such.

Start off with a set of Draigoch armour. Its decent and very easy to get these days. Skirmish Raids, Root's of Fangorn, and Isengard instances will give you Seals and chance of decent loot as well.
Work your way though the Great River and earn Kindred with both the Limlight Gorge faction and the Stangard faction. This will give you access to a Ring/Earring/Pocket combo which is fantastic (Martyr's set).
Just google any of those items for more information.
For LI legacies see some recent posts on this very forum for a break down of DPS / Tank legacies for both Main Hand and Javelins
When it comes to DPSing in Recklessness or Assailment then try and grind for one of the PVP sets. I'm currently going for 3 pieces of the Solidarity set and 3 pieces of the Spear Lord's. For jewellery you want anything with +Might, +Physical Mastery, +Crit Rating and do not neglect +Agility for To-Hit rating.
Of course Finesse should be at around the 4K mark (minimum).
But while jewelry set may differ, stylish and reasonable button mashing should always come along with you. So kill as much mobs as possible while lvling up and think how to do it quicker, same for tanking - train agro gambits + self buffs usage on common mobs.
2 more cents: personally i wouldn't go for +block thingies, not even relics (xcept for a shield ofc), since this part of hit avoidance is easily overcapped with a pair of gambits and come-along buffs.

Everything here sounds good but I've fallen in love with the Martyr jewellery set from Stangard. I'd swap it in for frost-rimed, bracelet of unbent knee and whatever pocket you got. The utility and cd on that thing is amazing and the stats are very good as well.
For tanking run a lvl 45 Annuminas instance and get one annuminas mark.
You can then trade this with some marks for the Golden Spear Head which gives you +1000 to both physical and tactical mitigations along with boosting your resistance rating. This really helps make you more survivable while tanking until you can get one of the better pocket items like the Martys Bauble or one of the new Great River books.
I use a Mace for tanking due to the chance to slow attack speed and a spear for DPS for the bleed.
Thanks for responses so far!
Should I stick to normal beleriand + phys mastery LI scrolls on my weapons or are there trends out there for going for things like mit scrolls on javs or such?

I think the current go-to scroll for tanking is the Beleriand+Parry one from Limlight, but before that then yes Beleriand+Phys Mast from your Galtrev daily will do you good.
And, of course, for DPS, Beleriand+Phys Mastery till you can get Beleriand+Might, which IIRC ends up adding as much Phys Mastery anyway, plus a little Block and Parry to boot
Javs count as Legendary Weapons, not Legendary Class Items, and AFAIK all the 'defensive' scrolls are only for Class Items.

<3 Martyr's set. Hence my first piece of jewelry advice in that post:

The other suggested gear is to supplement it as:
a) All Great River reputation pieces are unique so you'd need another ring/earring.
b) The sets do not offer a Bracelet or Necklace
I too recently hit 75, and i discovered a few things
1: Yeah, it sucks, but work on getting your virtues to at least 10 before trying any raids
2: While grinding out virtues, practice your threat generating gambits and built a rotation, so its second nature when you actually become a tank for raids/instance running. You do NOT want to be fumbling around trying to learn how to keep that aggro and your team alive. Your reputation with your players will get hurt if you are perceived as an ineffective warden.
3: dont overdue virtue grinding. After getting a few up every day switch to something else. I like doing a few solo quests to build faction rep to get access to better gear.
new 75 warden here as well.
Is it worth it to trade medallions in for the Tireless Sentinel gear in Galtrev? (armor pieces vs jewelry)
I am just about to enter Stangard and that quest hub, so not sure if there is newer/better tier of armor yet.
Is it worth it to trade medallions in for the Tireless Sentinel gear in Galtrev? - IMHO yes you can get 4/6 without raiding ,you can only get the last 2 pieces doing the Draig Raid. Therefore add the guild crafted helm and shoulders and you will have a solid set to start end-game fun. I run this set up and can solo the Isen 3mans , tank the 6mans easily (easy way to farm more medallions/seals).
My current game time does not allow me the time to raid but obviously the Orthanc Armor is better (and 3 flavours to choose from) but you need to complete all sections of that Raid.
to the OP
Practise, understand the gambits and their effects , get your keymapping perfect, the quicker you can fire off the correct gambit for the situation the better Warden you will be ... A good place to practise and learn from mistakes get to limelight gorge , pick a tree , troll or spider and tank it to death.
2 essential LI's for tanking Shield Gambit Duration , Fist Gambit Duration. Maxed they add 10seconds to Buffs this does make a big difference.

That's also a great place to practice "stance dancing" as you will eventually get bored with how long it takes to kill those critters in Determination. So you can swap to Recklessness, practice ramping up Spear bleeds, Fist bleeds, get your SM reflect buff, then swap back to Determination and heal/buff up.
