    Free cash :)

    Now i've got your attention

I've nearly played this game in 1 month and are some little trouble in lvl 38

The thing is i need some ''help''.....

From lvl 20-30 I didn't discovered how little damage i make to other enemies! Skills shud do more damage as u lvl up? I ask u? How can others kill 2 enemies at the same time, when i have troubles killing 1?

My damage is only 67-95, except the critical hit, wich is 100-200.. but that is rare!!! sometime a lil more but i'm sure tht they do alot more damage than i do to them?

You say that i'mma n00b, excuze me then for playing this imaginary game (sigh)

    Thnx anyway Malx

This is common at your level. Now is the time for you to take a really good look at your equipment. Are you still wearing that ring you got at level 12? The helm you got at level 22? Are you a Loremaster and a lot of your equipment has might and agility on it? Are you a Guardian and your equipment has lots of Will and Fate on it?

You need to actively make decisions about what equipment you are wielding. Make sure you have something in all your slots that are helping you with your primary statistic and with Vitality.

You may also have gotten a bit complacent with your skills. At level 38 you still may not have ALL of your core skills but you have most of them. Maybe you overlooked the fact that if you use skill X first, it makes skill Y do more damage?

Many classes also have trouble with more than 1 foe at a time... but what you do about this varies. Is there a way you can trap, or daze, or otherwise incapacitate one while you kill the other? Are you overlooking ways you can slow down foes to give you more time to damage them before they reach you?

You may want to ask more experienced players who play your class for advice. There may be a nuance you have overlooked. You can also try reading the class forums here to see if they discuss equipment or skill rotations that might help you.

Stick with it and keep thinking. You'll be 50 before you know it!

Umm, I have a question, what class are you playing? If you are playing a class such as Guardian or warden you will not do a whole lot of damage(at least compared to the main DPS classes). Also Damage does increase with level, they just do not start the numbers out overly high so it does not seem like that much. If you are playing a DPS class(such as Hunter, Champion, or Runekeeper) then you should have pretty decent DPS if you are doing a decent rotation but since you did not specify your class I have no way to tell what you are or are not doing to maximise DPS.

Edit: also, please do not put misleading titles on your Forum posts. I almost avoided this post because I figured it was going to be a troll post or something like that, if you really need help just say so(though avoid just making the title HELP!!!!, as that can make some people just ignore you).

Yeah. Spammy thread titles in this forum tend to keep people from looking at posts short of reporting them.

Check your weapons - are they on level? For many classes, that's a must. And at 38, they need to be crit, whether through craft or a lucky quest reward - there are a few quests that give you some pretty sweet ones but in this game, your best bet is almost always crit-crafted gear, jewellry and weapons until end-game.

Also, unlike in some games, jewellry is not an optional boost in this game, it's necessary kit.

Make sure you're visiting your class trainer at even levels as well to pick up new skills, and check your class forum for help.

the mid levels can be rough for anyone. A champion is harder to play than people realize; in fervour you take a beating and without good weapons AND a good understanding of the class traits and attack rotations, you can get in trouble in a hurry.

    Some things to look at:
    1) you need a good amount of morale.
    2) you need a lot of might.
    3) you need up to date weapons. Armor and gear help too, but the weapons absolutely should be the best you can get.
    4) you need to have slotted good class traits.

Now, my champ is a 2h champ. So this may be slightly out of line for yours if you dual wield. My solo strategy is to have a LOT of traits that give extra pips, so I slot things like extra pips on swift strike, wild attack, and battle frenzy. Any way that I can get pips faster, I do it. From there I burn out my pips with the big attacks, brutal strikes makes up a large amount of my damage and when it is on cooldown, I use remorseless or feral or one of the other big hitters. It is a constant dance of making pips, burning them for high damage, and being able to use the heavy hitters as soon as they come off cooldown. As a 2h user I tend to be a little pip starved so I may be taking this to excess for a DW champ, but even in DW you must generate pips fast enough to use your good skills.

    Things to do.

Get far away from the enemy, and shoot it. This starts you to make pips due to fervour stance.
Use red haze after every kill!
Use frenzy strategically, to feed RS or BS or the RB or the like.
Stay in combat, after you kill 1 mob, shoot another so you do not have to start at 0 pips again!
Use potions and food. Out of combat regen food is great. In combat regen is nice too, but fights should not last so long that it matters, its better to heal up rapidly out of combat after every 3rd to 5th kill.

I cannot stress enough that you need the best weapons you can buy or get at.

As a champ, you need to make sure that you have decent gear (like everyone here is saying.) If you do not have a crafting vocation yet, pick up metalsmithing and try to get it up to the correct level to make some decent gear for yourself. If you already have a different vocation, try asking for help from a kin member (if in a kin) to make you some armour for a level 38 champ.

Also, if you are questing in Evendim, those coins you get from completing a quest can be used to barter some decent armour next to the castle in Tinnuder.

Or you could always use skirm marks to trade in for gear at the skirm camp.

Make sure when you level, you train with the trainer. Make sure to check both active and passive skills. And as a champ, you should focus on might and vitality stats for gear/weapons/jewelry.

Reading the champion class forums should help somewhat too.

And yes, the title is misleading...I nearly wrote it off as a scam post.

    where's my free Cash ?

I'm curious can we post a link to our Character on the forums ? Since it can show the gear and stats
If we can that may help others to see if it's really your/my Gear (chances are that it is that) or one is just a bad player

I think the OP asked a very good question, but I was about to click on make forum read, then decided to take a peek of this Free cash post. I Like what I've seen in the replies, since I'm new too but your title almost made me miss some good info
