    Cool WTB or Pay for loan- Extravagant Festival Hat

    Extravagant Festival Hat comes from Yule/Winter festival. Its the Top hat that is dye-able

    Paying 5g for it outright or 5g if you would be so kind to loan me one to copy into my wardrobe I would be a friend for life!!

    Unless they changed things this last year that I didn't notice, that hat is bound to character and you won't get one until next Yule festival. It is a reward for following through with the Frostbluff quests to assist the rich.

    If you really want a top hat there is the rift hat from skirmish vendor but it doesn't dye well.
