Thread: 5th Anniversary Celebration this Friday and Saturday - you are invited

So to celebrate LOTRO's 5th Anniversary we are inviting all freeps to come to the Moors this Friday and Saturday evening EST.

We will have a big party with lots of food - legs of men, elf-ears, hobbit-legs, hobbit-feet and dwarf beards. Freeps bring the food. Creeps bring the beer - Hoarhallow beer. You can bring your fireworks and we will bring our appetite. It will be a time for celebration and fellowship.

We will play games such as: "hide and seek"; "1 pounce, 2 pounce, 3 pounce"; "pounce and sprint", "creep hug", etc.

Come as you are and don't worry if you never been to the Moors. Come enjoy some of the best Freeps pastimes like NPC-hugging, cliff jumping, etc. And for a complete Freep experience you will also have full and unlimited access to Swift Travel to the closest rez circle.

Well if how you responded is true to my questions I must apoligize. With all the drama in the moors its hard not to get jaded, with so few positive posts on the forums. In my defense, some of your statements can sure seem like flames, and there is a portion of your sig that makes me think you would be flaming.(affiliations maybe? but not totally sure<shrugs>). That being said, with your good attitude, stick around on creep and you will do well. Anyway, it may seem like I'm mad, but trust me, I'm never mad or even serious most of the time I play. So beware my random jerkiness in OOC since Im always laughing at the time.

no need to apologize... I did not think you were being a jerk... not sure why our posts got deleted though...

I sure hope freeps will come to the Moors this weekend. However it will be difficult to beat the double xp weekend that is going on right now. I believe most people are taking this opportunity to level alts.

I guess we could offer double kills on the Moors... if you kill me once, I promise I will come back and let you kill me again for the extra reknown... :O)

Please do not read more than what I wrote. It is an invitation for freeps to come out this weekend, instead of leveling their alts in Middle Earth.

Well hopefully if this does work out, Freeps will have a leader to coordinate the newer people into this. Otherwise we are inviting them to lunch and they are the meal.
