My question is in the whole novel there is not mentioned a hobbit mistrel by which this class is allowed them and not the rk if they do both dps for that the hobbit cannot do dps reading and if singing is it necessary to wait to the fourth age to demonstrate that there are hobbit managers of books of to know?
There are some named Hobbits that can read and write, e.g. Bilbo, Frodo and even Sam. Also, in the books the Hobbits sing a lot and for sure there were enough of them who could play an instrument.
The RK itself is a huge lore stretch (I don't remember the elves and dwarves being sith lords and shooting lightnings out of their hands), and with Hobbits being RKs, it would be even bigger.
