I feel your pain Grink XD i used to feel the same way about minstrels, and i even put up a thread requesting them to stop healing lol. In the end it's really as simple as not sparing them if you think them using armour of storm is uneccesary. Because the sad truth is there are very few people who this server who truely enjoy a challenge and will try to balance spars in whatever way they can and as sq said, everyone is biased towards their class.
The other day I used my large heal which critted 10k and restored 900 power in a spar with a guardian, who used pledge. 3 minutes later I got an unranked reaver messaging me and saying what an unfair noob I was to use my skills. I was also told IP was unfair and racial buffs shouldn't be used.
Seems odd to me that a freep will use all its CDs and cry if a creep uses its own. Yeah, people on both sides will do it, but I try to avoid using my OP skills in a spar. Don't see why there are so many troll replies from freeps, because of what started a simple request. But I suppose this means I should start using every CD in a spar.
I also noticed that Olog tried to spar someone with cappy buffs and all the foods, so I gave him IP buff. I was then told it was unfair and I shouldn't be doing it. Really I see no point in this thread, people use everything they have to win, including consumables. If they're just that desperate, don't spar them.
If I had a pound for every pompous speech you made about lotro 'dying' on the release of swtor, before you rode off on your high horse leaving a supposed dead server in your War Leader's wake, I could retire at the age of 27.

Hmm... let's just see, Manic, Ravezot, the guy who people say has no respect for others, Grothkar. Apart from those three the server lacks decent RKs. But I can assure you the good ones don't need it.
Also, if you want to turn this thread into a personal insult thread, you might as well stop posting too. UB isn't some noob who doesn't know how to play the game, he's probably played a lot more than you have and know more than you do. But, if you want to use skills like that, by all means do it. But it's sad how there is more whining when creeps use their skills.
Rave uses it....
Edit: Elanu please explain how this skill is vital in anyway? Me and shak fought one of worlds best RKs over hundreds of times, before the buffs to the class and he consistently beat us without any raid buffs or Iwin skills.
If he did use any armour of x he would tear us up with just ceaseless.

More than once I gave UB death threats, insulted him, diminished his intelligence, used /mourn before he even died, and CJ'd him.
