I'm potentially interested in become a GameMaster (GM) on Gladden but I'm having trouble locating information on it...is there an application process that you guys know of?
It is a Turbine/WB position, with that being said you need to go to the employment section and see if a position is available.
If it is you will then have to go through the application process and submit a resume etc...
Just to give you a heads up these positions are usually not available, you are more likely going to see something IT related.
If you are trying to become a game master, maybe you'll actually be a good one and not abuse your power and help people instead of doing nothing but banning people over frivolous reasons as you see fit :P.
To the best of my knowledge, all Turbine positions require being located in their HQ in Boston, Mass.
Oh, that's unfortunate. I take care of my grandparents here in Ohio. I couldn't move away currently, and hopefully not for a long time.
And as for "bad gm's" I would be the helpful type. I already go out of my way to help people when I play just for the sake of helping. I do it for free already, but would like to be more involved and have the ability to help more than just a few random players.

This would depend on Turbine's on set of qualifications for the post. Which, btw, doesn't necessarily parallel players' views.
To many people, free will is a license to rebel not against what is unjust or hard in life but against what is best for them and true.

How does it work with the GMs for the Servers with foreign languages? Surely it would be helpful to have French/German/Russian speaking GMs, would they have to relocate as well or could they do perform the job in their own countries?
