Discussion: Aquamarine Shards

I just used one of my prized 3-year anniversary keys on a lvl 60 lockbox and got 8 aquamarine shards. I am a Westfold lvl trainer and have no recipes that use these. What are they really for? At this time they take up valued space in my vault.

I'm a hoarder. I'd keep them for a while and see what turns up in game. It is always possible that a recipe that uses them will appear at a future date....

Are they a replacement for Mithril flakes? (it says supreme crafters in the description)
