    Click on the home tab. Now, just above that Store banner and on the right hand side of the page, you'll see small default grey text that says add more widgets. Click it, another panel should open up with a whole list of optional homepage widgets, add the Lottery Widget by clicking on it.

    Did you read the Lottery FAQs in this forum? As far as I know everyone with an active account is eligible for the lotteries. It doesn't depend on account type or country.
    My characters are listed at my lotro-wiki page.
