Vip upgrade, no mails received, not first or second
As the title says, upgraded my son's acc (this one) to VIP as an easter gift, completed with no errors on the paysafe form but never received the mail with the code. After contacting the PayByCash suport, I got directed in turbine suport, as the state that transaction is clear and I should have received my code, and its basically says it's turbines fault.
After a thorough research, we see that your order id:"order id here" for 30 day Subscription was completed on 2012-04-18. Notification of this payment was sent to "The Lord of The Rings Online" and you should see your purchase reflecting on your account "my mail here" now.
In case you are unable to see your purchase in your account, we suggest you to contact "The Lord of The Rings Online" directly, as again the payment has been processed and communicated to "The Lord of The Rings Online".

Turbine's answear on the ticket I opened was bassically " please reply with subsriction info and billing card info"
Now what? Am I doing something wrong? Am I gonna see this ever done?

I don't remember getting a code when I upgraded to VIP, I think I just logged into the game and all VIP benefits were there. Have you tried logging in to check? I might be wrong, though.

The issue has been delt with, I have received a new mail answearing my ticket with the code from Playspan and now am (or more acurately, my son is) VIP!!!
