I'm fairly certain all the new info is covered in Turbine's non-disclosure agreement. So, only the people on Palantir who are testing have that info. Releasing it can get them kicked from the server, so you won't find people releasing it.
Burglars are getting an "Improved" Burgle skill.
This will improve the stats of any item burgled from Mobs (even Creeps in the 'Moors)
In answer to the new Burgle Skill, Creeps and Mobs have been working like mad and somebody has found a neat little item called Velcro.
This will deter any Burglar from trying to pick your pockets as it makes a wierd ripping sound when an attempt is made.
However, the downside to this is, the ripping sound could also mean that your clothes have just been burgled
Hunters are getting a new skill to save on Arrows.
Called "The Boomerang" the skill enables the Arrow to return to its quiver on a successful kill
The downside is, the Boomerang will return to its quiver even on a Miss. However, due to the speed the arrow is travelling, it will, most likely, penetrate the quiver. Impaling the Hunter in the back
Rune Keepers will now be able to wear heavy armour to prevent them being known as Glass Cannons.
The downside of this is, they can no longer deal damage with Lightning skills ... see physics ... (Lightning + Metal object)
This information, as it has been for each of the previous expansions, will arrive in a separate set of Developer Diaries from the main developer of the class. For example, Zombie_Columbus will release Developer Diaries based on the Hunter and Rune-Keeper. The Diaries are usually released (And by using the timing of Isengard) a couple weeks before the expansion.
For all we know it can be as underwhelming as 65-75, and we get improved improved skills for bigger numbers, or they manage to pull something out of their hats and add something valuable to character progression.
To be honest I'm not sure how they could add any more skills - all of my quickslots are full and virtually every key is mapped to something (though many of the slots are mounts, pots, etc). I suspect we will just get some further 'improved' skills.
Turbine said that they would focus on mounted combat, therefore the improvements for several skills shall be to use them (or an adequat adjustments) while mounted.
Also new traits and trait lines shall be introduced for mounted combat

Quote please.
Cause I remember they stated Mounted Combat will be restricted to 1 regions, and not used outside it.
We would get certain basic skills, and a couple of class specific ones. I don't they they ever mentioned you would be able to use your current skills while mounted ( unless you can use them now probably)
Which doesnt mean the new skills won't resemble ones we currently have.
My guess is the Mounted Combat skills be be presented like the Rings in Saruman fight, or Fireworks in current quest.
An extra bar with skills which only show when you are mounted in combat.
Trait and Traitlines: Again, I don't think this has been confirmed in that way. They said we will be able to upgrade skills/mount for mounted commbat. This might be done in a similar way to the current Skirm Soldier panel with a new currency earned through mounted combat.
I think it's insane to think we will get a complete traitline with 7+ traits etc just for mounted combat.
I feel people are gettinng their hopes up about mounted combat, and expecting so much it can only disappoint.
Back to OP: Count on many upgrades of current skills, which is fine for most people it seems.
Hotbars are full, and they wan't to prevent players from having too many skills that do the same.
( My hunter got 2 skills from RoI which I hardly ever use, but my Burglar got 5 upgrades, which are all really nice
Upgrades instead of new skills has the added benefit of not having to redesign the hotbar and/or rotations)

Skill levels (already present in Deeds, but not for all skills and in a number-like system)! After using X a total of Y times succesfully AND doing a total sum of Z damage the skill X gets better, you earn the title "P is a/an N in skill X". Also the should add a separate window from the character for Skill with a label showing a table-like list with all them (sortable and with filters) for easily comparing damage, area affected, time...
And, of course, with each skill level your animation gets CLEARLY better. Also randomly the animation has crazy effects like an Ent that is a cherry blossom tree or rabbits escaping from the earthquake hole.
Finally the more you use a skill than other, the more your stats change. An example: As a lore master, if I do all my damage more than a Q% with fire I get a +1 in fire-red-traits (includes the usual penalization of my daze-yellow-traits).
PD: Please note that my ideas seem made to play Lotro with Excel, I'm sure that if you do them you'll do it with more style .
So far there is the Official Class Update page where people can put forward there ideas, as well as a Lore-Master specific post (maybe others, i only care about my Lore-Master ) about thoughts for improvements and new skills.
However, i'd like to add in here that i think a new trait section for rohan would be quite a good idea. I dont know if it would work or not, but i thought that there could be traits for mounted combat? Similar to legendary i suppose, only 2 or 3 traits really. Could be stuff like:
Steadfast Steed: Your horse is well nourished and has greater strength. +300 morale.
Armoured Fortress: Your horse is covered in armour, making it stronger and harder to hit. +600 armour value, +300 block rating.
Swift-step horse: Your horse is well trained and has greater speed. +10% run speed.
Gift of Eorl: Your steed is honoured by the noble line of Eorl, inspiring hope to those around it. +1 hope (10m radius)
Dont know what people think, just a couple of ideas from a wishful thinker

That's a good one.
In Asheron's Call 1, archers actually had to carry stacks of arrows (or crossbow quarrels, or atlatl darts) in their packs. And AC1 had burden,, meaning that everything you carried had weight, and the more weight you were carrying, the slower you were. Heavily-laden pack mules (no Vaults then), if they tried to run, would slowly lope along as if they were on the Moon.
Archers who had the Fletching skill could carry separate stacks of arrowheads and shafts, and combine them in the field -- and the combined burden of heads and shafts was less than that of the finished arrows. That's right, the sum of the parts was less than the whole. Go figure.
In AC2, on the other hand, bows were considered to come equipped with an infinite number of arrows, and burden was eliminated, and archers heaved a sigh of relief. On the other hand, we had only a few dozen pack slots, and still no Vaults. The fun part was in beta, when if you got between an archer and his target, the arrow would hit you instead of the target. It wouldn't damage you, but for the next ten or fifteen seconds your character would be running around with arrows sticking out of his behind. They fixed it before launch.

Agree, seriously i dont think we need more skills, my skill bars are all full and i dont even have travel skills there. If we will get more skills every level increase i seriously doubt we will be able to see the actual game through all those skillbars soon. Maybe its just me, but i prefer watching at game then skillbars and i rather have fewer skills, but usefull, then hundreds for nothing (or for just a sake of having a new skills). IMHO, i would be happy if they actually reduce the number of skills we have, i know, i know, blasphemy!
