And the winner is.. Opening Envelopes for The Lost Invivations Quest

Here is a list of some of the items I have received when opening an envelope for this quest.

    Lost Invitation
    Unwanted Message
    Lossoth Steed
    Steed of the Dusk-watch
    Toast Emote
    Anniversary Token

Has anyone received anything else from these envelopes?

That's all I've seen, but each of the Dusk-Watch steeds I've picked up turned into a Warden's Steed in my stable.

All I get is invitations and unwanted invitations :-(

Even spent 300TP on badges, even though that's against my better judgement.

    I guess I'm just unlucky.

Also only received the invitations and unwanted invitations.

I duo with my young son on occasion who was very keen on getting a fireworks horse to match the backpack he bought with his tokens - he won a dusk steed and was SO happy that I didn't even feel jealous

Keep at it! There is still at least 10 more days of festival fun. 10 more times to take the quest = minimum 60 envelopes to open. That's a lot of chances to get something good!

No one get discouraged. And have lots of fun! \ ^____^ /

Don't feel bad. I've done it once a day on each of my 10 characters since the thing began and I've got a Toast emote (that I will never EVER use because of how flipping silly it looks).

The Dusk Watch steed "is" the Warden steed (as in warden of annuminas not class steed). Apparently it was meant as an alternative Evendim rep option to the dark chestnut (paint) steed.

Re my own luck, or lack thereof, with envelope quest I have run this with 11 alts over last 2 days so that is 22 quest attempts. Given that it takes at least 6 envelopes for quest completion (maybe an average of 10 given alternative contents?) That is about 220 envelope openings and I've only managed to get

    Invitations
    Unwanted messages
    Anniversary tokens

Many grats to the steed and emote winners, guess I'll just keep trying, it's a fun little quest

Quick question... Is the Toast emote bound to character or bound to account? I only really want it on one character, but if it is bound to account I'll go do the quest every day on my alts, too, to try and get it. Thanks in advance for the information!

A better question is whether the mounts are bound. Anyone know whether or not this is the case?

It's "absorb on acquire", and when you get a dupe (as I have on two chars) it simply announces that you got it and disappears.

The Equine deity smiled on me today. I got the lossoth pony on my lowbie vendor alt (previously the only one of my alts with no high stat steed ) and my main got the dusk horse so I have a mount with a diferent look to many of my other alts .

    Don't give up hope guys!

Ran the Letters quest only like 4 times ... found 2 Unwanted Messages, 0 Tokens and 1 /toast which makes me quite happy

(the emote was in a floating letter bytheway)

Now I hope finding that Dusk Watch mount ...

Re: And the winner is.. Opening Envelopes for The Lost Invivations Quest

I am a big fan of the envelope quest, very cool.

I have 7 toons, i have run dialy since the festival opened.

I have recieved 2 Lossoth Steeds, one Dusk Watch Steed, a few tokens, and a bunch of unwanted letters.

Originally I thought maybe the harder to find/catch envelopes contained a better drop rate, but my duskwatch steed came from a stationary envelope in plain sight, and they also all stack together. I gathered 6 before opening them a couple times, and they all seem to have the same drop rate.

Still haven't seen the /toast emote though!

When I first saw this quest ingame I just told myself "What a boring quest.." and skipped that entirely. Then I saw here what can I get during this quest.. And the very second envelope I opened I got Steed of the Dusk-watch! :-) Ok, since then nothing beside anniversary tokens but I will be trying every day..

Haven't had any sniff of a horse. Had the toast emote twice (on 2 different char) but that's it.
