    stuck lord of the rings intro

    1st sorry for bad english
    when log in on the game.when load worlds(e.g crickhollow.....)stucks.the strage is i have another laptop but is same and play normally. my pc is netbook advent 4221.can help me?

    yes it is run.when i pres ctrl-altl-del status from lotro is not responding

    yes i turn off windows firewall but doing the same
