I just came back after a long break i took. I used to play my warden a lot and still got 2nd age weapons and OT set too and i stopped before the update 6.1 ( with the big changes on warden class). Also i just started to read the Dev tracker about wardens changes but i would like to ask you fellows wardens What are the big changes on our class that i should notice more especially on tanking and legacies changes too??.
I'm in the same boat, I just returned after quitting around ROI launch (not a lot of time and I lost interest in the game). I'm getting to terms with the new stances and gambits (and losing WT and restoration until I level again ). But it would be nice to get a grip on the changes. I'm especially wondering how precise blow is doing. According to the gambit chart precise blow doesn't have a threat component anymore? Surely this has to be a mistake?

Secondly, understand that we now have three distinct stances with gambits that often do very different things in each stance:
- Determination = tanking and tough solo content (this will be the most familiar of the three stances, and will play close to the pre-U6 warden when tanking)
- Recklessness = melee dps and normal solo play
- Assailment = ranged dps in a group
Of the three stances/gambit families, I haven't really learned Assailment yet. While functional, it is sort of still a beta build with a number of issues, in my opinion, still to be worked out. Maybe with U7 in June or RoR in the fall.
While there will be specific circumstances where stance dancing might make sense, it's important to remember that Only Determination Builds Aggro! I say that for myself, for all those times I've forgotten to get into Det stance (and click on my tanking spear, jav and GR jewellry set) when switching to tanking or after a death (stance only).
With a couple of remaining issues aside -- in my book, the need for a re-buffed Aggression, which Orion has promised for U7, and a pure AOE aggro skill that is more cc friendly -- wardens are now once again fully capable tanks, generally on par with Guards. We still tank differently, and it is now considerably more complicated, but we are in a good place and I'm once again greatly enjoying warden play. Now, we just need to rebuild our ruined reputation and hope that we don't get wrecked again when RoR comes out in the fall.
My suggestion is to now read the guide and discussion I linked above, and come back with more specific questions.
Welcome back, and enjoy!

Sorry for the lack of replies, but your question was so huge most posters found it daunting, which I certainly do.
You pretty much nailed it there. I saw the original post and read it as "So Wardens, anything interesting happen in the last 3 months or so?" and ran away.
Curiously, the evolution of the internet seems inversely proportional to the evolution of man.
I have like 5 minutes before I have to go to work, so this is is SO not the thread, lol. But, it's fun again. Or at least considerably less bitter and ###.
I spend most of my time tanking and it's needed some getting used to, although we are so OP for anything under a T2 raid now. The very last threat changes needed some experimenting and getting used to, but top wardens know how to do this so I wouldn't worry.
Going T2 Lightning right after patch was interesting though
