You can get the banner at R8. I am currently Rank 7, but looking forward to R8 Should be good though once you get it. I am not sure what the actual Phys and Tact mit rating is.....Does someone else have it that can let us know?
Armitas, you seem to be the only captain replying to anything. lol I appreciate it. When you are running around in the moors, what is your typical setup? Do you run with the banner, or with a herald? Or does it depend on if you are solo or not? I have been thinking about running with a banner when in group, and archer when solo due to the fact I can SB him and get the additional buffs, but at the sacrifice of health. Do you think the additional mits would actually be more beneficial solo than running around with a herald, or just save it for when grouped? I value your opinion and appreciate your response.
One more thing I have a question about is most people say go all red in the moors for the damage and what not...thats all fine and dandy and I usually do that myself with the alert guard and muster courage attached on, this works rather well if I am grouped with another class that can give me spot heals at time like an RK or minni....however with the OPness of minnies of late, I find they rather forget and neglect their healing for straight out DPS. The other thing I have been playing around with is the longer battles, my jewelry is almost all might with some vit, I am going for the command aud armor, I have 3 pieces now... and I am thinking about traiting yellow... thinking about this so I can use inspire, muster courage, moors banner (When I get it), revealing mark. This should allow me to put up a good fight without losing tons of DPS, plus I like the ability to use Routing cry at will. I know I will lose the ability to burst dps, starting with shout to get battle ready, DB, Blade of Elendil, then shadows lament, db blade of elendil, sure strike, etc... I would lose a cycle of dps, but this may encourage some of the creeps who run away to stick around. The other problem I see with this is power....as I will hit lower, I will not be able to kill them as fast, especially if they have any decent Aud rank.

Thanks,

I always have the hope banner equipped, once my health goes below the bonus I switch to the moors banner. Once that hope banner loses the morale its no longer useful.
The planted morale banner is nearly useless in a group, I always used a herald on passive to keep the planted bonus on the group in the moors where your always moving.
Our heralds lose their brother skills when you mount up, because of that they are unreliable and I don't use them. I don't have enough keys to put the brother skills and heal on a button, which would require me to use them as a clickie. Having to use a clickie would screw up my mouse turning and make me take too much damage so I personally don't use them.
5red with strength from within and 1 yellow is a typical and viable build. I made a guide for solo pvp cappies here, and I hope it will expand with player additions over time. It includes my current gear and where to get it for a solo build.
Here is a link tree to other cappy pvp stuff. These are all discussion though and not in guide format.
Glad to see people taking an interest in the cappy. Our class usually gets no more player attention than a buff bot in someones stable of toons.
