Thread: OMG...wow did I mess up HAHAHA

SO I finally made my first completed Legendary Staff and Book adding on all DPS legacies as this will be for when I five trait MoNF.

I thought I had it all figured out and then...BAM!!!!!.....I forgot all about not being able to replace minor legacies with majors.

Wow did this stink......and what I thought was going to take me 15 minutes to finish took me about 3 hours to rearrange, run around to my crafting alts and make second age stuff....consolidating my money as this whole process took me from about 10 gold all the way to broke.

So my advice to people just getting to Legendaries.....read....A LOT.....about this aspect of the game.....there are a ton of nuances that are very easy to overlook when you go to make a customized "finished" version of an LI. Now to get to work on my AM and KoA stuff LOL.

Why spend so much time/gold on a staff that's not level 75? IMO, it's kind of a waste. Just use third ages to level and you will be fine.

Because I am like an ENT....I take a very very long time to play LOL.

I also take a long time to lvl, I've been playing on my first toon (After deleting several) for about a year and a half now. Still only 61. My pattern is hack/slash through mobs, level LI, Level toon, buy/craft new LI, decon old LI, rinse, repeat.

I just got the 2 starter LI's on my mini(at lvl 45 no less), and since I can get new ones in 6 levels or so, I figure they are good to practice on and figure out this whole system. I bought a bunch of those fused relics for 7 marks and deconned/combined for an hour or so, got some nice tier 5 gems and settings for my little loud-mouth mini, and learned a little bit to boot. There is still much I have to learn, but I'm starting to get the gist of it. Skirms are great for doing this, lots of ixp, lots of marks to buy stuff to experiment with.

The LI system in this game is EXTREMELY annoying and frustrating. Other than that...its alot of fun having a "good" LI

I have you beat, airsoftg36c! I've been leveling my main toon since 2007! I'm 65 now. lol
