Well it turns out my comp just like wont run lotro. It will work all the way to the point where I load my character in then it freezes. So I created this thread to tell you guys that there will be one less warg out there to hassle you until I get my comp fixed. See you guys as soon as possible!
I had a problem like this a while back, 2 weeks with turbine sending me through this super long attempt at fixing it, and it turned out i just had to delete some files then re-download the game.

The steps below detail performing a "clean" re-installation of the game
Start by first ensuring that the game and game launcher are fully closed out and then uninstall the game via the "Uninstall a Program" option in the control panel. (Windows "Start" button > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program)
Once the uninstaller completes delete the "The Lord of the Rings Online" folders in "Documents" (be sure to backup any screenshots in that folder you wish to keep before though) and C:\Program Files\Turbine prior to reinstalling.
(Note on 64bit versions of Windows the path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine")
