    It's not a Vilya problem, I think it's a tactical attack problem. I first saw this show up a couple years ago when I started an RK on BW, and then again when I started my mini here.

    Or maybe a cross-genre server combining Vilya with SW:TOR.

    Clearly that npc is exploiting... you should /report it to Turbine, they're always on the ball when it comes to exploits in game.
