Hi,
I am not sure what i will have to buy so i can experience the full game.
I have Shadows of Angmar on disc. I can purchase Mines of Moria on Disc no problem.
I see there are several other expansions and I can't seem to find how i would purchase "Siege of Mirkwood Expansion" and "Rise of Isengard Expansion".
I've searched online, i've tried to browse the store but i can't seem to find how to purchase them.

The Siege of Mirkwood is the expansion quest pack that you can buy through the Lotro store, Rise of Isengard is a digital expansion (no cd"s) that you buy from Lotro Store as well, you have to purchase the additional content ie 3 ,6,12 man raids if you want them as well.
You can buy all the quest packs and expansions in the LoTRO store, which is accessible in-game from - all the store buttons. Just look under content, quest and expansion packs. Mirkwood was downgraded to a quest pack after free to play was instated.
You'll see that there are three varieties - one is simply the expansion, the other two come with some bonuses, including lots of quest packs for the legendary edition, as well as some Turbine points and other goodies. It's cheaper than buying it in the in-game store, by far.
As it stands, you should have access to Bree, the Shire, Ered Luin, and the Lonelands, which will get you to around level 30-32. After that, you'll still have landscape access to all areas, but you won't be able to quest in them (outside the epic) unless you buy the quest pack/expac associated with that area.
This thread, and especially the first post in it, should answer your questions - it's all pretty daunting when you're new:
I believe that the Shadows of Angmar box only gives one month of VIP (including 500 TP) as well as make your account premium. All characters you played while VIP will have unlocked, for example, swift travel and gold cap. Read more about that here: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.p...Your-Questions
All expansions, except MInes of Moria, is sold in the LOTRO store. There is no boxed copies of those. The Shadows of Angmar box does not give you access to any more quests than a F2P player would get. Those must be bought with TP (Turbine Points, bought with real money or earned in-game) in the LOTRO store. There is also Quest Packs, which gives you access to quests in other areas than those that are free (Ered Luin, Shire, Bree-land and Lone-lands). You can, however, visit all areas (but not do quests in them) as well as doing the epic quest without paying anything. You'll get to about level 30 (maybe a little more) before you need to buy anything.
Mines of Moria actually can be bought in the LoTRO store, as either a quest pack, or an expansion. The expansion gives you access to the warden and runekeeper classes, two extra character slots, and a skirmish soldier trait upgrade. Both the expansion and the quest pack give you access to all the content in Moria.
In some countries, mostly USA, it may still be possible to find an old Moria box for cheap, though. Make sure it's a Turbine box, and not Codemasters, as Codies no longer has anything to do with LoTRO, so those boxes are worthless.
Should you come across an unused Moria box, all you need do is enter the code from it into your lotro account, and that will give you the full expansion, as well as 30 days of VIP time. Great deal if you can find it.

The first thing to know is that the discs mean NOTHING. Every player is using the same software to play. If you have installed the game and logged in, then you have the complete client. You can access every zone and do Epic quests there. You can level to cap (currently 75) and participate in whatever skirmishes and instances you have unlocked. (Many are unlocked by doing the Epic quest series.)
Your subscription status and what you have paid to unlock determines which zones will grant you non-Epic quests and deeds. VIPs have access to quests and deeds in all non-expansion zones, as well as many other perks.
If you apply the (new and unused) product key from your Shadows of Angmar box to your account, you'll get 30 days of VIP time. At the end of 30 days, you'll drop back to Premium and lose access to non-expansion quests and deeds, but keep a number of unlocks permanently on every character you LOG IN WITH during your VIP time.
The only useful thing in a Mines of Moria box is that product key. Applying a Moria product key (after your SoA key) will grant you an additional 30 days of VIP time, and unlock the Runekeeper and Warden classes plus 2 additional character slots. You will retain access to Moria quests and deeds even after your VIP time ends.
As others have said, Mirkwood and Isengard are available for purchase from the Lotro Store with Turbine Points. They were never published on disk.
