about wardens: please dont nerf EoB so bad. its get a little lower with last one but its still op but just becouse its op dont make it worse than it should be. it lets us to give out time for mess of hell lotsa defansive buffs.

unranged gambits in assailment stance
min range limit in assailment
gambit builders doesnt get benefits from +javelin range legacy. (they are in skill tab. i think they should get that benefit as gambits do)
spear gambit builder doesnt have a unique buff in assailment. i would think about 5% javelin skills damage bonus on that.
also shield gambit builder is common damage and we need to use shield spike in assailment. come on in assailment it should be same with javelins damage type.
spear gambit damage bonus legacy should effect javelin gambits too. (not a bug but my opinion)
im so afraid of a nerf about tanking while we have this much of bugs.
btw another thing is in bleed cycle of assailment
when using 13 131 1313... 131's initial damage is like 50% more than 1313's.
what if power attack line also appy bleeds and bonuses if a lower bleed was on. not stackable of course but to give us a choice. power attackline already doesnt do anything thats not seem good.

I´m not sure if this was mentioned before or not, but what about the iTA - instances -> Sari Surma Tier 2 challenge quest, was this or will this be fixed in the near future? (can not finish this, since there is no challenge quest, deed)

Honestly, it's not that big a deal. If you want to clear the markers, just close your inventory and reopen. It takes maybe two keystrokes (I, and I again.) A toggle is wholly unnecessary.

I don't think I ever asked for it, but I like this feature. I know I liked it in DOO and had thought that it would be nice to have in LotRO as well. As long as there's a toggle for it, I want the feature to stay.
Side note: While the red splash in the corner of the icons is consistant with other UI's in the game, I think I'd prefer that the border of the icon is changed, instead of the red splash, similar to how DDO does it.

Adjusted how?
Prior to the drop rates getting adjusted upward scholars where in a real pickle. There just wasn't enough landscape nodes to get by on, and the drop rate from mobs was just too low for it to be worthgrinding them for more. The current situation is a bit OTT, but the old situations was too much the other way. Are we going back to the old drop rates, or are we still going to be seeing boosted values over the old drop rates?

UNless I missed a pretty massive change to Champs, our sprint is not +25% it's Set speed to 125%. This means it doesn't stack, with buffs OR debuffs. Cripling bite is broken not muscle tear.

I think it's a big deal when I have to open/close my inventory every time I loot something to remove yet another annoying and useless visual queue on my screen. EVERY TIME.
A toggle is VERY NECESSARY, although frankly I'd rather they just not implement this anyhow.
Instead how about fixing the things that are currently BROKEN instead of adding new garbage? Anyone carry more than one stack of pots around with them? I know I do. And it's annoying as heck how often the stacks don't add on my hotkeys. That's morale/power/wound/poison/fear/disease/moors fear/moors stun/moors snare/food/trail food/off scrolls/def scrolls...etc etc etc etc....easily a full bar of my hotkeys display the wrong totals half the time...not to mention when it's miscounting and you run out, the hotkey doesn't "reload" the next stack so you can actually run out on your hotbar while still having stacks of the same item in your inventory.
I cannot comprehend that ANY measurable % of the player base asked for this new "feature".
But fixing the existing functionality to actually work as designed? Seems like a pretty straightforward thing.

Also side note: If it is now Set to 125% run speed then it is destructively op. I thought champ sprint was +25%.... Its just ridiculous at set to for 45 seconds.

If one were watching their inventory like a hawk and really felt the need to clear the markers after every. Single. Kill. Then yeah, that will probably get annoying.
If, on the other hand, one's attention is more focused on the actual combat, then they probably wouldn't be looking much at their inventory while the fight was ongoing. They might not even loot until the fight was over. In which case, it would be one clear per battle. And if they looked at their inventory only periodically (as I bet the vast majority of people do), then the number of clears would be drastically less. The markers accumulate over time, and one open/close cycle clears all the markers present.
Honestly, having run around questing for a long span with it, I can say firsthand that it isn't that intrusive or anywhere near complicated to brush off. Just about anything will make the marks vanish, and they aren't that obstructive or distracting to begin with - certainly no more so than the base icons themselves.
Course, different people play differently, so your mileage may vary.

Okay, the quest "Spawning Evil" is severely bugged. When you accept it, not only does it make every NPC in the game have quest notes for you regarding "Spawning Evil", it also reactivates every quest item in the game. This means when you have the quest underway, all the missing nails and isengard shipments show up in galtrev. Shrew mounds show up again in the shire. Any time you try and click the quest item, it says that "Using this has no effect", but it seems like altering every NPC in the game and activating every quest item in the game might put some stress on the servers. This quest is one of the largest bugs I've seen, and I've yet to hear many people talk about it at all. Probably because most people pick up the quest, go do the quest, then turn it in, and never see the problems it can cause. Anyways, hope it gets fixed soon.

Set runspeed to 150% if no snare conditions exist. Full speed, pve speed.
Set runspeed to 100% if snare conditions exist... or set "base" runspeed to 150%, and still allow the modifications (-25%, -40% ect).
Just don't make a mistake and allow DITE stacking.. again.

Shadow Stance alters your skills the same way Flayer alters your skills. Claws become a Bestial Claws, Maul becomes Sudden Maul. It does not make all your skills act as though from Stealth, the effects are specific and quite frankly, if it weren't for that Shadow would NEVER be worth it over Flayer.

If you kill the giant worm and activate the "Terrible Fang" quest item before you finish picking up the eggs for "Spawning Evil", all the remaining eggs become unusable and you have to cancel the egg quest and redo from beginning as well. (Even the "Terrible Fang" quest item talks about "Spawning Evil". )
Something's not right with that set of quests, though it's all easy to avoid, so not many talk about it.

Barter Wallet: Many missing small icons should now appear.
Classic Skirmish vendors decided their nostalgia towards the old Helegrod barter items wasn't worth asking for them, and will once again accept Marks and Medallions for the Helegrod armour sets.

Captain
Fixed the female Captain Rallying Cry to take effect at the same time as her male brethren's does.
Captains currently unable to slot the trait Echoing Shout should now have access to the trait at the Bard.
Guardian
Guardian's Threat Stance will now receive more block and parry ratings as the Guardian increases in level.
Lore-master
If you have the new spirit pet appearances, traiting ""Hardy Companion"" should no longer change them back to the original Spirit of Nature appearance.
The Lavenhebron 5-set bonus functions again.
Minstrel
The damage done from Coda of Fury and Coda of Resonance should be back to previous levels.
When two minstrels are in the same Fellowship, Coda use by one of them will no longer prevent Coda use by the other.
Rune-keeper
Fixed a bug where the instant cast version of Self-Motivation was not progressing the deed "Overflowing Confidence"
Warden
War-cry now has an AOE Threat effect when in determination stance.
Fixed an issue where the potent version of War-cry was not picking up the added threat bonus that it was supposed to be applying to targets.
Battle-preparation will now be dispelled upon using any gambit.
Boar's rush no longer attempts to apply the daze effect in all stances when critical strikes apply.
Adroit Manoeuvre and Reversal's ranged version will now load into Battle Memory when the warden is potent.
The legacy Shield Gambit Buff Duration Legacy now correctly modifies all shield associated buffs.
The Warden trait Terrible Visage will now correctly apply its +5% damage bonus to Fist gambit Damage over Time effects while in Assailment and Recklessness stances.
All Warden physical bleeds will now use the damage type of the weapon that inflicted them.
The Warden trait Terrible Visage will no longer increase the threat from Exultation of Battle to absurd levels.
Gambit Default can now be used at range.
Deadly Insult now gives +10% weapon damage to Fist Gambits
Wardens using conviction in a group together will no longer overwrite each other's fellowship healing effect. Instead, multiple wardens will each be able to apply their conviction effects to the fellowship. Each warden can only apply one effect to their fellowship at a time.
Monster Play
Freeps can now barter the pre-Update 6 versions of the Band of Fury and Ring of the Resolute Defender for the new Update 6 versions of the rings; allowing them to complete their sets.
Fixed a bug that was allowing some npc monsters to grant Commendations on defeat to Creeps only. NPC Monsters no longer grant Commendations.
The first two tiers of the Man and Elf Slayer Deeds were providing more Commendations than intended. These now give out the same amount as the Hobbit and Dwarf Slayer Deeds (100/1000)

Quest status will no longer reset when you leave the instance and return (unless the instance closes, of course).
Web tender doors should no longer risk becoming stuck in event of a wipe.
Venomous spiderlings can now re-apply Hideous poison(!)
Hideous poison can now stack in T2(!!!)
Venomous spiderlings HP reduced substantially.
Spiderling spawn rate in boss room reduced slightly in T2.
Items
The Empowered Anduin Rings now require Kindred with Limlight Gorge, like the other Empowered items Manwine has to offer.
The Hadollin set will now properly increase crit damage magnitude on cries and calls.
The Steadfast Dunlending Assault Hammer and Steadfast Dunlending Campaign Hammer now give Tactical Mastery, in place of Outgoing Healing.
An additional housing item is available with the Heroes of Limlight Gorge reputation vendor.
The Swan Fountain will now fit on a Large Yard hook. It's size has been adjusted to compensate.
The Armour of Thelin 5-set bonus will now properly increase Inspire Fellow's buff to 3% again, instead of stacking 1% three times.
The Dirge-singer's Bracers and Jacket have Finesse again.

User Interface
Encounters on the Specific tab of Instance Finder will now be ghosted if they cannot be accessed by the player. Once the ghosted encounter is selected, the tooltip on the Join Now button will explain why the encounter cannot be run.
You will no longer get landmark names repeatedly popping up on your screen when other players enter the area.
The Particle Response Indicators for Criticals, Block and Parry events will once again trigger.
Legendary Items of level higher than 65 and items acquired in scaling instances should now sort correctly in the vault.
Quests
The quest 'Prisoner to Stangard' will end with speaking to Byrnstan, instead of Gadda. This should resolve any issues where Gadda could not be talked to if other quests were done prior to this instance quest. Anyone who had the quest underway will have it removed from their quest log and will be able to pick up the quest from Odda in the Wailing Hills.

Turbine will give you: nothing.
They did not gave any compensation for the wardens: some legacies has been changed completely on the weapons and now you may change the legacy or your weapon, because of the useless of the new legacy without compensation for grinding for the scrolls or buying them from the shop.

There certainly was something wrong with the drop rate. My vault is busting with Scholar mats and I never get a chance to farm any from banded coffers. Oddly I have more crit item mats than I do regular parchments. I have 7 capped toons trying to use as many scrolls and potions that I can but the drop rate is far outpacing the amount I can use. And green garnets, you do a 5 minute repeatable instance in the Brown Lands and walk out with 50 unpolished green garnets. If hides would drop like this I'd be happy since I have 4 tailors but they don't. Everything else excpet hides.
