Returning to Lotro, starting again on Snowbourn, advice please?

Hey guys, I Am returning to lotro after an extremely long break, all of my previous characters are currently on Evernight (RK,Captain,LM ad hunter) all between 30-40. However this time I am feeling like I want to start fresh, new characters, new class that I haven't played much and just enjoy what I am doing, I love the feeling of the begginer in this game.

So basically, I was wondering, what is the class population ratios like on this server? is there any class that is in great need at the moment? or is it pretty much just a standard server, loads of hunters and captains, not quite so many burglars etc? At the end of the day, it isn't going to effect my choice on which class I play, I would just like to be aware of what I am getting myself into
Thanks for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you shortly

From looking at the LFF channel recently, it seems tanks and heals are in demand.

I always have a hard time finding burgs for my Draigoch raids, please roll one My kinmates mock me, saying that I'll never find em, and they're usually right, takes what seems like forever mostly xD
But as always (I guess) healers, cappies and tanks are needed.

    Mmm, potatoes <3
