Thread: Where is the recipe for Khazad Iron Marbles?

Hi. I've been trying to find out where I can get the recipe for Khazad Iron Marbles.

The burglar trainers don't have it even though some online info states:
This recipe can be purchased from the following NPCs:

Another source said the expert weaponsmith's would have it, but they do not.

I can't buy it at the store.

Some research showed that I might have to complete a quest called 'A Love of Arms' which is started by any master craftsman.
So I go to Elrond's study and try to talk to Idhrenwë. He doesn't have the ring above his head for me to engage him.

The quest walkthrough says I need the Mines of Moria pack - I do.
It's for level 50 - I am higher than 50.
Other information states
You will need to have obtained the title Expert Weaponsmith
Gain 520 skill points in tier 5 Weaponsmithing.
I've met these requirements.
I'm halfway through my 'mastery' in Master level and have started Supreme.

The craft information says:
Profession: Weaponsmith

Crafting Level: Supreme (Tier 6)

Recipe: Khazâd-iron Marbles Recipe

Standard Recipe Result: Khazâd-iron Marbles

Critical Success Result: 2 Khazâd-iron Marbles

Is this recipe a drop? Or does anyone know where or how I can get this recipe?

It is a drop off of humanoids in Moria, You might also be able to find it in Lothlorien, Mirkwood or Endewaith. Check the auction hall every day for it. If you get really annoyed, you can always buy it from the Lotro Store.
