one can do only so much until it becomes pointless...
i only hope that these people get their account back and turbine looks into it...
but since we are on the subject of how turbine is lacking in fixing stuff... just take a look at the forum... (and look at this as simple fix... not something GROUNDBREAKING fix)
from fact that most people cant even open their blog page... then if their characters are in kin you cant see how they are progressing on forum... etc... and that are only simple stuff...
you can just start to imagine...
so if they fail to fix something like that... no wonder its easier for them to ban players cause they cant fix serious issue...
Lol 2-4y of playing and you get boinked by them, they dont deserve a single dollar for the amount of work they put into the customers needs. I hope it doesnt happend again to other people but I think turbine will delete all these posts god forbid some of the cattle stands up and says HEY FIX THE DAMN ISSUE

Making multiple accounts for posting is against the code of conduct for the forums and probably won't help any case you try to make.
That said, yes, this entire thread should be deleted. The situation is not likely to be as presented and Turbine is unable to provide any evidence because a) it would be information about an exploit and b) they keep private information between themselves and the customer. Which is exactly where this matter should be taken up. It is not something for the forums.
