I didnt see the thread for whos signing up to zerg this here shin-dig??? So any burgs wanna get drunk and zerg this PARRRTAAAYYY send me a tell in game.... Also i expect one of u honest freeps to let me know where it is being held come tourney day. creeps are not so pathetically underpowered as you all think. It simply takes coordination, and careful application of the abilities at hand to successfully overcome even freep odds.

Your determined, I'll give you that. Your up against a guard (sheild walling mini, oh nooo) a champ and a minstrel. Plus they all have stun protection from Suenami. Not sure who the other 2 are, but from that 4 alone you'd need more than 6.

5 wargs 1 warleader, 4 wargs 2 warleader, 6 wargs. In order of what I think has the least chance to the most.

stop it creeps, you're all embarrassing yourselves, and lovepounce is the only one who had the guts to go against 6 with 6, the rest i noticed were all too scared to even go against them 6v12....... no wonder you guys lose, you're too scared to even try.

on my 1 audacity r6 spider i soloed a champ in what was a 4 minute battle that he used all his cooldowns on bubbles sprint you name it, even manheal, there were no npc's around, i just saw him mapping and attacked him. YOU CANT WIN UNLESS YOU TRY! and i don't know anyone that'd attempt that.
and frankly it's kinda sad that a warg of all classes has more guts than the rest of ya.
heck how long do you guys think my rk would last in any fight? i'd get focused straight up. you don't see me sayin that there's no point. you don't know until you try people.

It has nothing to do with trying, the group listed with Arrik and Co will win, plan and simple. A group of chimps playing freep classes would give most creeps a run for their money let alone good players on their freeps. Just because you ran into a possibly half afk champ mapping and seemed to make him blow cooldowns means nothing. A 6 man of organized, well played freeps are just getting free renown in a tourney setting are just getting free comms and renown. The best bet for a victory is if every one of those creeps has audacity 7 and the freeps they fight are 4 or below, and I will agree with Love on the theory that wargs would be his best bet.

As far as the warg having more guts, that is just laughable. If a reaver was saying this then maybe you can say something.

You VASTLY under-estimate the power of pure tactics sir!

That group will be easily overcome by the one I have in mind. Its not because of anything they will do, but honestly because 4-6 stealth classes with the high dps they have can take that group down.

The teams I listed simply counter the team they listed. Thats all there is to it. I think we can all agree 6x hunter > 6x reavers. But 6x is not greater then 2WL 1 defiler, 2x warg, 1 reaver.

You have to know what to use and when, as well as what to do during the battle.

The funniest part is I cannot fathom how you guys can POSSIBLY say "Oh the creeps auto lose" before you even know what my, or the other teams strategy is.

I don't care if you are one-shotting my team members. If my strategy accounts for your power and finds a way around it you are still going to lose.

i raise your wargs a captain bubble and spot sheild wall

not to mention the close to 75% tact mit ill get with mini/lm/cappy buffs.

if your strat is to just kill someone in a matter of a pounce ill give it to you but you kill one we rez them and all your wargies are out of stealth for the picking. im not trying to gloat its just the nature of the classes man, freep cds are king and there isn't really getting around a well oiled group.

Tactics in this game, lol. lotro pvp is not some great crazy game that requires some massive amount of forethought. Surely now. Your best bet is wargs cuz they have that entirely broken attack as from stealth but still you believe that their dps is strong enough to break through what that team brings defensively? Lets look at what we have defensive wise. Stun immunity for the group, a shield wall, a bubble, IHW, an in combat rez and some really strong healing, and three people that can bubble themselves at a relatively small cooldown. So you have to burn through that all the while haveing some massive aoe dps and single target burst pumped into you. Slows, stuns, bleeds and various modifiers in buffs to them and debuffs to you.

All of this and you have to have a group of six that is really good, really on target and getting some substantial luck. Nothing wrong with stating that freep dps>creep dps, and nothing wrong with trying and losing. This is honestly not the game to go at pvp as a serious competitive form since the class balances swing so far this way and that.

All that being said, you are determined you are going to do this and win so really good luck, I wish you the best. And if you so happen to win (more then one fight so it cant be attributed to dumb luck) then massive props to you and maybe it means the community needs to start looking at creep side more in the light of not what it can't do due to being underpowered, and more of what it can't do because of lack of player skill. We will see what comes of this, maybe more then just fun and some serious examination of the sides.

Oh yea that 2995 debuff? it stacks. So we can take out 2-3 targets in one go, including the captain. So captain, minni, lm all down.

1: lose respect for all the people that cried without trying
2: get massive respect for said warg.
3: QQ lots because there will be 50-100 new wargs to deal with

it's not about oh no we might lose, it's about having fun, getting your friends together and goin at it in a social moors event, you'll get to forget about renown/infamy for a day and try some new cool strategies out, and you'll get to see what cool strategies happen with other teams. and there might be some good matchups and some bad matchups, nobody cares. it's not like people will say: "look he died real quick after 6 wargs jumped him all at once, he clearly sucks at his class"
stop worryin bout ya ego's everyone and just have fun. you've all prolly died at least a thousand times already and suddenly you're worried about dying?

Id just like to say that the entire point of this is a day of being able to enjoy the pvmp in this game without the constant 1-upp'ing the other side.

It lets creeps show "Hey, we aren't SO powerless!" and lets the freeps enforce "We are the good guys and we WILL PREVAIL!!"

So please guys, whether you come to gank it, or just to see if it fails and is completely one sided.... Just enjoy it, any way you have to.

I will enjoy it by competing, but thats just me

(Side note- soleus, you wont have to be grouped up mate, well simply drop them relatively by each other, and 2-3 will hit any given person when we come out. The sad thing is 6 wargs doing a jump combo does about 21k morale in damage when hitting for 1k's on claws.... So yea, cappy+mini down, then lm next and den what? =/ sadly warg zerg power > freep turtle atm.... Freep heal turtle? yea > wargs zerg :<)

this group knows how to play there classes and knows how each other plays.....tough team to beat here, good luck ^_^

Gl wit this luv ... hope u geta good turnout from both sides. I know i've personally tried to organize a similiar thing years ago which was zerged by a craid formed for that sole purpose. Also had wargs ganking the route to the fights, once they found of where it was. We did get in some 3v3 / 6v6 fights though so wasn't all bad.

All it takes is one AoE stun (ents or champs horn) and there goes your 0 mits plan out the window. If several of your wargs do get stunned close to each other, then all of you are going to lose a chunk of morale due to freep AoE. So... your wargs are all out in the open. No doubt there's some Sticky Tar down. You could use your sprint. If you hips, it gives time for the cappy to rez and heal, and for the minstrel to heal.

oooo...I might just have to dust off the champ for this. I miss blendering up wargs.

The captain is dead, and so is the minstrel at the point of us being out of stealth. We pre-potted the intial stun wave so the cappy went down, assuming I have R7 aud wargs the minnie went down a moment later. the mit debuff can be used from stealth so uhh... easy enough to mozy on over to ya and just kah-scratch-kah-bite! ya

All In all its going to be about the speed, and precision of my groups zerg vs the reaction time/ choice of skills of the freep turtle

I decided to give away my big secret advantage that is built in to any freep team vs creep team fight.

Freeps nearly always coordinate what they do on a base level due to practice at it in high-difficulty pve setting.

Creeps do not coordinate.

Creep team under good leadership = coordination which is nearly never encountered by even the best freeps unless it is high ranks.

What does this mean? It means the freeps have no Idea what my strategy is, and therefore assume OMGLMFAOFACEROLLLLLLLLLLLO.O.O .O.OOO

The thing is tho... I know EXACTLY what the freeps will do. This allows me to counter every single second of the fight for a good 30 seconds, and some pretty accurate judgement there-after.

Does anyone here even close to appreciate that tactical advantage? Its basically an auto win...

Look you talk up a mad game really, now lets see if you back it up. As far as your tactics and strategy it means less and less in a game that is moving further and further towards gear dependency. This isn't chess, or Go, an RTS, or even an mmo that has mirrored classes and no gear dependence. If you come out with 6 r7 audacity wargs against a group that is r4-5 audacity and below then yes that ups your chances of winning astronomically, but don't go running off about how you have all this strategy and awesome tactical know how rolling around with THE broken class of creepside with full audacity. Fact is I would put 5g on Arrik and Co in a fight that involved roughly the same (within 2 audacity) stat base.

It's pretty flattering that you think our group make up (or everyone except Lleo and me, according to evil) are that good =D thanks, but I assure you we die like total scrubs at very modest pve challenges sometimes XD I am pretty excited about the 6v6 that arctic laid out though =D and like soley mentioned, only Lleo has the full audacity set so we are not as invulnerable as some of these posts make us out to be lol! If arctic is confident about their strategy, then I am confident of our teamwork.
